In the week-end, avoid the rooms with sea-view if parties are organized in the garden near the pool facing the sea. Music will disturb your rest till 2 a.m. Hotel location is difficult to find, even with a GPS

A nice and very clean hotel in an attractiv area of Patras. We enjoyed our stay very well.You have a nice look at the bridge of Rion. Also the beach is very beautiful. Dinner and breakfast were fine.

This was our first time at Achaia Beach Hotel. The location was excellent with a fantastic view. The hotel was very well managed and the staff was very cordial and helpful. The food was excellent too. We stayed 5 days in late September, enjoying the beach, the views, the food, and bus rides into Patras (hourly bus, 15 minutes from the city centre). Nice cafes and restaurants 15 minute walk away at Rio Bridge. Highly recommend it for a relaxing break. Only minor downside is that sightseeing by tour operators in Patras are in German, so if you don't have a car and you don't speak German, you have to use public coaches to tour around the Peloponese. These are clean coaches and quite regular.

An overall good rating, with some minor negative points: the third bed in the room was very bad and somewhere, out of the hotel, there was a discoteque making the usual bumping noise (not so loud, but all the night). Peronnel was very kind, and gave us a room for free, after checkout time, to let our children sleep in the afternoon. Having dinner is not expensive, considering that there's nothing in the surroundings.

Nice modern hotel with good facilities, but empty pool on 6th of June?!

I specifically booked this hotel because of it's swimming pool only to find it (9 June) out of order ! Hotel staff was not very helpful.

Meals in hotel restaurant are reasonably priced. There are a couple of other restaurants nearby, although the hotel itself is in a residential district. The beach in front of the hotel is gritty, but clean. The views are superb. Good size pool, with plenty of sunloungers. Buy bus tickets in advance. Taxi fare to Patras was about 8 euro (Jul 2007). Would stay here again.

Amazing. Staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was very affordable, big servings, and good food. Beautiful atmosphere, gorgeous view from hotel rooms.

Superb hotel.Amazing value for money. Great location, stuning views of Rio bridge,super food, very friendly staff.Will visit again when in area.Could renue the signs on main road for directions to hotel as it is difficult to find but, apart from that I would recomend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel,nice place and excelent food. The only problem was located it and get to the hotel(wasted 2 hours). Excelent services and everybody was ready to help.

What a lovely stay. We had a beautiful view of the ocean in a nice clean room with a balcony and there was equipment to make coffee in the room in the AM. Desk people were extremely helpful & knowledgeable, allowing up to get to Athens easily & inexpensively the next day(don't trust the cabbies--they are out to make money++). The manager made phone calls for us to confirm our boat trips & gave us her business card to call anytime from anywhere in Greece in case we had any problems. The breakfast included in the morning was exceptional with a very large number of breads, pastries, eggs, cereals, fruit, juices..Wished I had spent more time there. It looked like there were nice facilities for business meetings, although was not inside them.

Very good hotel, nice welcome, excellent price for quality, nice pool, beach. A bit difficult to find....when driving...

Very nice hotel. I advise to ask instructions to get to the hotel by e-mail before you leave. Nice rooms with a very very nice view to the left on the new hanging bridge. Very nice diner we had sitting autside on the restaurant balcony.

What a stunning location, very fair price and great staff. Wished we had spent more time there rather than Athens.
