reached 2hrs from Munich airport,nice room with balcony,on Austrian border, lovely outlook Foyer dark and dated, but breakfast good,lovely quiet spot and easy 16k trip into Passau for sightseeing,owners pleasant. Adjoining cafe available for meals.
