Nice Business-hotel close to the motorway. Good value, ok for 1-2 nights. Hard to find, as road is divided by a big road. Would be helpful to provide GPS-data in hotel-description. Have been searching for 20 minutes... Breakfast Ok, but typical italian with some nice trys to be continental. But thats allover Italy still the same: they think everyone in the world loves suger-sunken croissants and hard-shell-bread.(Inside its soft, but You ruin Your teeth trying to eat it ;-))

The hotel address was correct but it was difficult to find because a lack of street names and numbers. It would be useful to give the GPS coordinates on the hotel website.

Good Hotel for business trips. The value on the quietness of room is affected by the noise made by the air conditioner.

Very nice hotel albeit a bit tough to find at first. Centro accessible by bus #15 but be careful as there are two #15 routes - look for the one that says Moleletolo on the front. Restaurant was just OK, not what one might expect for being in Parma. Breakfast was fine. Pretty much a hotel used by business types.

The directions to get to the hotel assume you are coming from the highway..... We did not.... and had much difficulty finding it.... Even after many phone calls to the desk....... We were going in circles for almost an hour.......... Please provide directions other than from the highway.... for your future guests......... Food.... we wanted something light for dinner... and were told that we could not go to the restaurant.... that the bar had light food......... it was not satisfactory, we went out to eat........... Breakfast was very good though............

We stayed here for one night. Right off the freeway, so we had to take our car into Parma, but you can park very well just outside the historic centre. Our room was spacious, clean, good bathroom.

This was the last hotel I stayed in on a two week trip to Italy. I stayed in 10 hotels all over the country and this hotel was by far, by far, by far the best one. Hotel sits right next to where the Parma Panthers play, an Italian team playing American football, the subject of John Grisham's book, "Playing for Pizza".

If you are travelling by car, this is just perfect. near the highway, great standards, beautyful building, near nice restaurants, perfect breakfast buffet, internet access, parking for free in the courtyard of the hotel, nice bath products: could you ask more? if you are travelling by train, you might find hotel surroundings not nice, since it is not in town. I would definitely recommend it, great value for price.

This hotel is fine; but it is a full 2 km from the center of town--fine if you have a car, but very inconvenient if you have to use a cab 2-4 times a day.

Completely new extension built to the original building. Park is gone! For this rate we only got the old, lightely renovated floor of the hotel. Breakfast was o.k. Typical italian standard. Nice and clean for an overnight, but not much more.

Definitively just a business hotel. The price is a bit to high for what you get. Altough internet was available free of charge (I would call that a standard for a **** hotel) it was almost impossible to use it since it was so unbelievably slow. I will not stay there again.

Hotel is a building additional wing, lots of noise from 7:30am, also works inside the hotel, location is already not ideal, close to motorway interchange... Be carreful when booking this hotel and make sure they finish the new wing ! good buffet restaurant.

Villa Ducale is 3 km from the city center. Parma center is forbidden to the cars, a taxi from the hotel cost 6 Euros, bicycles are rented in many place and it is great to visit Parma this way.

My room was on the first floor. There were two windows - one was 1 m. away and looking into a small office of construction workers; the other opened onto another room - a storage facility. I couldn't open the window really and the room smelled of mildew and staleness.

Good-Points: Friendly & welcoming staff. Great breakfast included in price. Large car-park and good bar facilities. Good price for hotel stay. Not-so-good-Points: Sunday night had a band in the lounge so very noisy until 2am. Only one baby crib, so book it. Long way to walk into town (+45mins) if no car. More for the corporate traveller. Suggests it is in a park-like setting, but it is only next to some soccer fields. Dinner meal was very average but pricey.

The breakfast was a bit 'simple' but the quality was okay. The knowledge of English was not always sufficient. The service and kindness of the personell was very good. The Parmazan cheese and ham was delicious.

Nice hotel and good breakfast. Bathrooms were a bit shabby for a hotel of this standard but on the whole not bad for the price. However it should be noted that the hotel is called MY HOTELS with Villa Ducale in very small writing. Otherwise none of the locals can direct you to the hotel.

Hotel was Clean and the Breakfast provided was good. Staff were less helpful than other places visited but were friendly. Again the Room allocated was on the small side and the Window was bricked up - not good Fire Safety. It was handy to be able to Park the Car in the Private Car Park for free. The Hotel was in a good position for visiting the Town Centre and the route was straight forward although a little further than expected. Be prepared to walk a lot at this Town!!

It's a nice hotel and the service at the reception was good, for the breakfast it was a bit poorer as the breakfast itself. Unfortunately they put us in a room where 1 window was opposite a wall and the other one opposite a storage room for chairs, so a mucht to dark room for my taste, luckily only for 1 night.

We were given a smoking room in the first instance which was pretty stinky. We asked for a non-smoking room and were moved immediately. Of course if the hotel had been full we'd have been stuck. So specify non-smoking at time of booking if you want non-smoking. Restaurant is ok in quality and price. Its not walking distance to Parma city centre. Drive 5 minutes straight in towards the centre and there are clear signs to an underground parking lot, which is within walking of centre.

It's a typical business hotel, so it is a bit formal. We went there during a holiday on the way north, for one night. I wouldn't want to stay there for longer because it's a business hotel, but it is very good.

The road and entrance to the hotel is being worked on - it made it a bit difficult to enter on the busy highway. I would have like to seen an additional road sign along the way to help with directions. Our stay was fantastic - the facilities and extra services included were a nice surprize. I would suggest that you let foreign travelers know that some services throughout Europe are not available after August 1st.

The location was missrepresented as being "steps from center" (actually was 2 1/2 kilometers. Desk person very uninformed and had a "could care less" attitude---she never volunteered the info that breakfast was included with the room.
