This is NOT a good hotel unless you have a car! The website says that the hotel is 10 mins out of town but it takes half an hour minimum by bus. There's only one bus route (23)that goes by the hotel and the last bus leaves town at 19.30. There are NO buses on Sundays and a taxi costs 30-35€ each way. We felt really cheated as we believed that we'd be able to walk to town or at least take the bus from the hotel. The hotel itself is fine - clean rooms and a reasonable price but not well signposted. We had to ask for the bathroom radiator to be turned off as the room was like a sauna when we arrived. Staff did this without a problem but it was automatically turned on again the next morning, despite the fact that was 18-20C outside. Nice hotel for car owners but we definitely would not stay there again. Parma is a gorgeous city - pay a little more and stay in the centre!

We found it difficult to find the hotel and it is part of a club type venue but it is a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated. There was an arranged BBQ type function in the restaurant when we stayed and we were invited to join and had a great time. The pool is gorgeous and restaurant and bar staff very hospitable. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was not working but they allowed us to use their own computer to access the internet for a short while. Overall - wonderful!

Nice hotel, nice people working. The only bothering thing is the long check in procedures. You need all yor documentation with you - I submitted the ID card, then the permit of stay, then I waited for more then 20 min for them to subscribe me in the database. I think that a simple document with a photo, stating your identity is ok, and people shouldn't be waiting till they manage to enter all the data in the compuer
