Hotel Savoy - Parma

The staff should be more fluent in English, or Spanish, or French, and the business room could use a more up-to-date computer; aside from that excellent service, modern clean spacious room at very reasonable prices I would definitely stay there on my next visit.

The hotel is well situated, being close to everything one might wish to see in Parma. Nothing is very far away in Parma once one is in the centre of the town, which the hotel essentially is. Our room, at the back of the hotel, was very quiet. The hotel's decor (recently refurbished) is probably a matter of taste: the dominant colour is white, giving it a somewhat clinical look. The public areas (i.e. reception) are a little anonymous, but, overall, the hotel was fine.

The staff were very helpful and I was very satisfied with the service provided. The hotel is well placed for shops, sightseeing and museums.

Tutto ok, c'è solo un piccolo neo, la pellicola di protezione del materasso e del cuscino è di gomma, quindi nei periodi caldi tende a far sudare.
