Hotel Residence - Parma

Good restaurant just across the street a plus! Good parking, too! stalff helpful.

This hotel is definitely outside of town. It is NOT within walking distance of the old town center. We took a bus. The room was clean and large. Bathroom was very large.

Bon hôtel.

Very nice building, approx. 45 min walk from city center (Piazza Garibaldi). The room is adequate for sleeping, but the bathroom (shower cabin) is small, both however are cleaned thoroughly every day. The buffet breakfast offered is kind of penurious. In the middle of Parma (home of "prosciutto di parma" and "parmiginao") the breakfast did not show at all the available richness of the ham making manufacture variety of Emilia Romagna.

Internet was available at insane expensive price, if I remember correctly 10 euro/hour. Furthermore the hotel states to be in a good position for reaching the Campus of Parma (University of Parma) but actually you have to take 2 different buses in a row to reach the Campus, and it will take 45 minutes with no traffic

Hotel was comfortable but in an ordinary district next to supermarket and very busy road. Quite some distance from centre of city but with good bus access.

Lovely clean, spacious room.

This hotel was very nice ... staff was very helpful (we had problems with our car and had to interact with the staff to assist us). Room was large & quiet ... bathroom was spacious with tub. Only problem was our resrvation was for 85 euro/night ... we were charged 95 euro. Didn't complain because of the helpful staff ... but, the price was not what we booked.

The hotel was very cleen an nice. Its an older house, but its ok. Its not so close to the city,(at least 30 min. by feet) we went by car, but there is also e bus during the day.

The bathroons are not good to take bath. Unconfortable.

Good Hotel for prize/quality rate, especially suited for business travelers. A bit off city center, no problem for me since I had the car and the hotel has a comfortable private parking.

A real family run feel to the hotel,with excellent staff. The only possible poor comment would be the lack of drinks available in the bar which is obviously not used very often. A very enjoyable stay.

We had a pleasant stay at this Hotel, rooms aren't brand new but comfortable and clean. the air conditioning worked fine. The hotel surroundings are quite noisy, so you'd better sleep with the windows closed. BEWARE : the hotel is 2 KM from the pedestrian area contrary to what the description says.

The hotel was clean and characteristic, but obsolete. The breakfast very 'petit'.

The hotel was good. The rooms areaverage size but could be slightly bigger. The breakfast was continental which was basic but ok. The only minor problem is that this hotel is about 15 minutes waklk from the centre of parma.

The hotel was further out from the centre of Parma than expected. It took 30 - 45 mins to walk to the hotel whereas the wwebsite says it is only minutes from the town centre.By bus maybe but certainly not on foot. The location map is very poor as it gives no real indication of the distance from the center of Parma nor how it fits in to the general layout of Parma. Despite this I would recommend the hotel to others and the city of Parma as well.

Good hotel for people not looking for confort but for a clean place to spend a few days. I would defenitely come back.

The hotel is just outside the centre of Parma. And there is a private parking next to the hotel. The rooms are small but they are clean, with an ac which is nice on warm days.

Check out time is waaaaay to early at 10am. They were quite clear that it was not negociable. The breakfast was cheap rubbish basic food.

Stanze non all'altezza della presentazione, bagno squallido e mobili scadenti. Da un tre stelle e dalle pagine pubblicate su Venere, speravo finalmente di aver trovato un buon albergo a Parma a prezzi ragionevoli. Comodo invece il parcheggio e la posizione, ma non sufficienti a modificare il giudizio negativo sulla struttura.
