Hotel Parma & Congressi - Parma

Room was nicely furnished and clean. It was nice having a walk in shower rather than one of those high bathtubs that are difficult to get into and out of. Breakfast was ok, standard fare for Italian hotels. Internet service was VERY SLOW and an extra charge.Hotel difficult to find even with a GPS,not a good address provided.Located out and away from everything.

Buon Hotel, personale molto gentile, lo consiglio anche se un po' distante dal centro città.

Hotel sans cachet particulier mais très correct et très très calme. les prix par Venere.com défient toute concurrence.De plus, nous avons découvert Parme et en sommes tombés amoureux..Visite de la ville la journée puis retour à l'hotel pour un plongeon dans la piscine...

Very helpful reception staff. Hotel was extremely difficult to find, especially as the Tangenziale was closed, with no diversion signs. Eat across the road from the state hospital (which is very direct from the hotel)for an authentic Italian restaurant with no English in the menu.

Très bel hôtel, loin du centre de Parme mais accès aisé en voiture. Très bonnes prestations.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities for the price including a nice swimming pool and a jaccuzi in the room. The only downside is that it was a bit out of Parma.

Wir waren fast die einzigen Gäste in dem riesigen Hotel, was allerdings nicht leicht zu finden war, die Leute an der Rezeption waren nicht besonders freundlich, aber ich glaube es waren Auszubildende, das Frühstück war super, die Zimmer sehr super, was wir bloß nicht verstanden haben, das Hotel war total leer, wir wurden in die hinterste Ecke verbannt ud die Gäste die noch eincheckten, bekamen genau das Zimmer neben uns, und deshalb war es in diesem leeren Hotel dennoch laut.

We were very pleased with our stay. I would like to thank the staff, as they returned a valuable lost item that I had left in the hotel! They were very friendly, efficient and honest, and we were very grateful! We will stay again when we're in the area!

I found this hotel a very good value for the price. It was on the outskirts of Parma with its own ample parking and is a hotel for those travelling by car. Although set back from the road, there was a great deal of traffic noise with the windows open and a room on the front. I would request a room on the back side of the hotel. The tub was even a jacuzzi. Breakfast was varied and fresh. I would recommend this hotel.
