Hotel Ora City Parma - Parma

Simply an excellent address without any bad surprise very clean ,quiet and with very good breakfast

This was a one night stay and we very much enjoyed it. The hotel was a real find and we would be pleased to recommend it to other people.

Beautiful hotel, next to the airport, great hotel and great service !!! The breakfast it's good... everything is !! Maybe the main con is that is located outside the centre of the city , but if you came by car, there will be no problem, you just need to drive 10 minutes. Great if you have to take a flight the next morning. I gave it a 9!!

Nice hotel, clean but poor surroundings, near airport, but about 3km to Parma city. Would have appreciate a bus service to the city. Price more than ok.

This is a really lovely space to stay for a night. The weather was awful but the room was so comfortable. WIFI brilliant. I would loved to have a kettle and coffee for the morning. I know that's very british but it is nice to wake with a cup of coffee.

With a price around 100€ a night for BB this hotel is perfect (and beautiful, as showed on the pictures). There is no swimming pool and you need a car because it's located near the airport, in the middle of nowhere. Nice place !

Easy to find near the airport (no noise). This recent hotel is very comfortable for a very reasonable price but Dinner is expensive. A cheap formula advertised in the room was not proposed in the restaurant.

This is a great hotel to stay in if you are visiting Parma and its surrounding areas. I particularly liked this hotel because I had a car and this hotel offered free parking. It is also very close to Parma's city center and not far from major roads or the Autostrade. This hotel was a refreshing change from the traditional "Italian" hotels I've stayed in. The hotel has a contemporary "look" and the guest rooms were very clean had a lot of space. We had a real double bed (not just two single beds pushed together). I've found this to be rare in Italy and a very pleasant surprise. There were a few areas the this hotel could improve on. 1.) The hotel should consider having a business center with computers. 2.) The front desk staff should be more prepared to answer questions and give recommendations about which local restaurants to dine at, popular local/regional attractions to consider (e.g. site seeing, opera, agri-tourismo) 3.) The rooms were cold, but we were told that the temperature could not be adjusted because the heat was not able to be turned on yet. 4.) Ensure there are enough breakfast items available throughout the breakfast hour as well has having the dining room adequately staffed. One morning, I went to the dining room to eat breakfast and there was hardly anything left. There was at least 1 more hour until breakfast ended, but it was obvious no more items (e.g. croissants, cold meats, certain fruits) were going to be replenished on the buffet table. Trying to get help from the staff was very difficult since only 1 attendant was working in the dining room busy clearing the used tables. All in all, this is a fine hotel if you are staying here for a business trip and is definitely a nice change for tourists on vacation.

Albergo nuovissimo molto bello a due passi dall'aeroporto. Attenzione alle indicazioni stradali che scarseggiano se si arriva dalla città. Meglio seguire le indicazioni aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La zona e' molto tranquilla, ma un po' triste. E' peccato che manca l'area pubblica dove si possa fare un meeting. I personali sono competenti, ma, un po' freddi. La pulizia della camera era sufficiente.

Heureusement que le prix Venere (+/- 100 eur/ nuit avec petit déjeuner) était inférieur au prix réel de la chambre (220 eur) : ce dernier étant beaucoup trop élévé pour ce type d'hôtel. En effet, si l'hôtel est neuf et design, son insonorisation est largement insuffisante : nous n'avions plus entendu autant de portes claquer avec tel fracas depuis une visite à l'ancienne prison l'Alcatraz à San Francisco... De plus, la 1ère nuit, l'hôtel accueillait un groupe (business seminary)qui a fait la fête jusque 5 heures du matin, heure à laquelle, rabillé et n'ayant pas encore fermé l'oeil, mon mari est allé se plaindre à la réception. Par ce coup, l'absence d'insonorisation était vraiement problématique...

Hotel ultra moderno, pulito. Belle camere. Lascia molto a desiderare la zona, vicino all'aereoporto. impossibile pernottarci senza macchina.

Very pleasant 7 day stay, which was a good base to see the surrounding area and not noisy at all given its close proximity to the small airport. No public areas to relax in so its very much a B&B style, but with high quality rooms and service.

Bellissimo albergo, situato un po fuori dal centro ma in macchina sono5 minuti. ottimo

-- pros The hotel is a very good compromise price/quality. Surroundings are like typical Parma's landscape, very nice. Completely new, room were no so big but very nice. -- cons Far from city center. Motor-ways and airport quite near. Public inside hotel spaces are not so nice.
