We arrived at noon and were told that our rooms would be ready at 1:00, but when we returned were told that they wouldn't be ready until 4:00. Very incompetent staff. Beautiful hotel, great location for walking to old city.

I was very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The room was very nice, a little small, but plenty of space for me. Entire hotel very clean, staff very helpful, good breakfast. A few steps from the RR station. Convenient, but not a beauty spot either; it's not a rough area but just not very pretty. There was some street noise, but I closed the window and turned on the air conditioning and slept well. The location is the only reason I would not give this hotel a "10" but it is only a few minutes walk to the edge of the historical center. Parma is lovely, well worth visiting.

The best feature of the hotel is its proximity to the train. It is well within walking distance to most location within Parma. The room was clean and the hotel was quite modern. Nothi

We had a problem with the thermostat not functioning. They claimed they fixed it but it never did change. Also the television was intermittent. The night desk manager was not too helpful but the younger morning person was very pleasant as was the cleaning and breakfast staff.

Century is an excellent hotel in the three star range. The location is good, especially if you arrive by train. The only negative remark is the traffic noise (city side only). Closing the window helped, but this made the temperature in the room go up to 26 degrees C. The airconditioning was not yet in operation. According to the reception the municipality must give permission to do so. With the AC on, you will be fine.

Fabulous hotel. The staff couldn't have been kinder. Great location, stylishly furnished room, and surprisingly quiet given that it is almost on top of the train station. Perfect for our short stay in Parma, as it was close to everything. Breakfast was nice, and we particularly liked the owner's collection of toys and memorabilia on display in the breaskfast room and the lobby- although it was a job convincing our covetous toddler that he couldn't have any of it!

A lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre, with secure parking and fantastic modern rooms and bathrooms - will definately use again. Staff recommended two ideal restaurants for us and our little boy.

Location was fine and city center within walking distance. Hotel would not accept credit cards nor T/C's which was very inconvenient for us.

Century Hotel has a very good price/quality relationship. The interior is well designed, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is very good. The surroundings - near the station - are not very appealing but Parma's old center is just a short walk.

Right next to the train station (not the nicest part of town), but only a 15 minute walk to the centro. The hotel is modern and stylish; the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a real bargain.

This hotel is a special surprise, located practically across the street from the train station and a park. It was quiet and beautifully appointed. The breakfast room was really a treat, wonderful and unique. We were only able to stay one night, but we would return to this hotel again.

Very clean, nice and large rooms, excellent bathroom, friendly service, 1 min from station and public transports, 10 min by foot from center. Only the internet access offered has ridiculous conditions (expensive and not flexible, wireless did not reach all rooms).

The hotel was excellent - very helpful staff, good breakfast, the interior design of the hotel was beautiful, very nice bathroom with both shower and bathtub. The location, just by the centralstation, made it easy to find and the area wasn't bad (compared to many other centralstations).

Great hotel close to main train station which might make your room a bit noise sometimes. Modern, clean and good quality/value. Breakfast was nice and expect no bad experiences at all in this hotel . We would go again if needed!

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Spacious and modern bathroom. Elegant breakfast room with good selection of breakfast foods and friendly and accomodating staff. Hotel is adjacent to train station, but, unlike some cities, area is pleasant- small park, etc. One can walk to historical center in ten minutes. Clientele seems to be a mix of tourists and business travelers.

We enjoyed our stay in Century Hotel Parma, thankyou. It was, as it advertises, extremely close to the railway station, which suited us well as we were travelling by train. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts lovely. We also found Parma to be a beautiful city, and well worth visiting! What we got on our arrival was exactly what we expected from the website - in fact one of the website photos was our room.

The hotel has a refreshing modern, minimalist decor. As travelers throughout Italy know, moderately priced hotels are often out-dated and look more like a 19th century grandmother's living room than a $150/night hotel! This hotel is also located VERY close to the station and the historic center. Don't be turned off by the proximity to the station, it is the best choice for the price in Parma. I would stay at Hotel Century every time I visit Parma.

We found Parma a bit disappointing as a city but the hotel was a real hit: next to the railway station but no noise of it, and close to the city centre. It looked like the entire facilities have been redone recently, we enjoyed the very nice rooms, well equipped bathroom and the courtious staff. Breakfast was great, we actually had free parking, etc it was just great! If ever in that neighbourhood again we will certainly not look any further than to go back to this hotel!
