I stayed in this hotel in 3 different rooms for 9 nights and it wasn't a very good experience. In the first room I was given, there was no wifi connection at all and since I needed to work a lot on my laptop I asked them and they moved me to another room where the signal was a bit better, although still with interruptions. That room (21) was very bad: apart from the fact that there was very little space, just to move around the double bed, and it looked very old (for example the only power socket was loose and almost hanging down), there was also a small spider under the duvet the first night. But the worst thing was that smell from other rooms' toilets was coming into that one! And noise of flushed water from other floors could be heard in the pipes, loudly enough to wake you up! I looked for other hotels and was determined to move out, since 80 euros per night is way too much for such a room even in Paris and in June, but the staff offered me another room which was much better. That was recently renovated and more spacious, with no smells in the bathroom... Apart from these problems, there were very clean towels and everyday room cleaning was good, while the reception staff tried to do what they could to help (except the one who put me in room no. 21 which was apparently their worst room). The surrounding area is not the best in Paris, but there are many nice food shops and fast-food restaurants. Also the metro station is within 20m from the hotel.

It was OK for the price. Basic and served it's purpose. I would stay again if I needed a bed for a night.

Refuse absolutly one of the rooms on the 7th floor! A real sauna in summer, with no air, a roof window and all the noise of Gambetta place. Very bad value for the money. My first and LAST stay in this hotel. Only the name is super !

This was my third trip to Paris and first time at Hotel Super. I really enjoyed the facilities nearby (subway, ATM machine, neighborhood), but the room is really different from the ones shown on photographs in the website (much smaller) and I missed a locker to leave the luggage. I spent only one night there and that's the reason why it was ok, but it's not good enough to spend more time there.

excellent courteous check in. property well situated in one of the few remaining french neighborhoods of paris, with good choice of restaurants nearby and easy subway and bus connections to central locations.rooms were vry small but appropriate. excellent ratio quality/price at 65 euros per nite. could recommend strongly, and no cleaning lady nicked my snacks.

Cheap hotel but low service, noisy, and bad staff. I had the feeling that they wanted to give me another room than the one I booked, which was a lot more expensive. They asked for extra money for the breakfast, although the website said that it was included.

Small rooms but clean and with all the described services. Employees are competent and eager to provide support, advices and help. Nice stay indeed, I'd reccomend this hotel.

The price as announced in the reservation was € 85 turned out to be € 100. In the room the price indicated was € 77 without breakfast (we didn't take). The explanation by the employee was we had roms with twin beds and we reserved by internet. Exact prices of all the rooms is absolutely neccesary, also the charges for car parking. Positiv is the airconditioning (hot weather in Paris) and the metro station Gambetta very near. Our rooms were quite at the back. We finely payed € 120 more then expected which gave us a bitter feeling.

This is kind of a funky place, but adequate. The room was small and too dark -- could have used better lighting, but for the very short time we were actually in it, it was fine (we were there on New Year's Eve for one night and caught a morning flight the next day) and the price was the best we could find for that night. I would stay there again, as it is very close to where some friends live, and the Metro.
