Hôtel Serotel Lutèce - Paris

I ask if breakfast was included and they say yes, at the end they charge me the breakfast and a lot of things that they didnt know how to explain, there was a very unpleasant lady that looks like she were selling potatoes in the street but who was recepcionist of the hotel.She was nasty and when i asked her about why she was charging me all those other amounts she was ver ugly and answer me very nasty.I ask for a room with an exterior view and they gave me a room indoor and my stay was for 8 days, i will never recomend this hotel to anybody, the only thing good was the personal in the restaurant and the ecuatorian guy that was so gentle like the lady who did the rooms that was very gentle, they make my stay. Paul the receptionist was very kind and gentle but the blonde lady that looks like she was tired at all times that didt like to give indications to the clients and that at the end was so nasty, i end paying money that i never understood! What a diference when i stay in Rome in the hotel Mozart, i just wrote them thanking them, eveything was like they promise and my daughter and i had an unforgetable stay. If i knew the breakfast was not included i will never stay there and will stay at the Western in the Opera but at the Opera they told me the breakfast was not included thats why i end staying at the best western Lutece that the location is also terrible and there is nothing there.

In the room it was cold and in the bathroom very very cold !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was impossible to take a shower because of the temperature. With the map from Internet it was very dificult to find the hotel. The room is relative ok but the price high for the existing conditions ( 135 EURO/Night)

Not good TV set, very cold floor in the lavatory and bathroom, but very-very friendly and helpful employees

Stay for 5 days. Breakfast included would be better

Noisy place, you hear the water pipes of all bathrooms around your room.

Internet in the lobby and safe in the room should be for free - the price of the room should include them.

This hotel is in a friendly part of Paris with an excellent Pastry Shop right around the corner. The rooms are quite small, but very clean - overall I would say it is a fair value for the money for Paris. Do note that this is a Best Western hotel - we were surprised to discover, so if you are looking to stay in a non-chain hotel keep this in mind.

Very freindly front desk. I find it hard to se the difference in a 2 star and 3 star hotel. Room was small and we were up graded. I stay in Paris often keep looking for a hotel with value=price. Diffently a safe, clean, english speaking hotel.

We stayed with a baby. The room was very small. But the location is perfect, we could make everything by walking. If you don't eat much at the breakfast, it's very expencieve, join the bakery right across the street.

A fantastic spacious room with a brand new bathroom and views onto a leafy courtyard. Really helpful staff and terrific proximity to the sensational Saturday market on Pont Royal and of course Rue Moufftard's amazing food market! I nearly felt French! Highly recommend this hotel.
