poor sound insulation, all doors slam loudly... the whole hotel smelled of cigarettes since staff smoke indoors... had to pick several types of hair off the bed sheets...

I think the hotel is good for short stays but if u want to stay longer than 3 days, i would search for an hotel with not less than four stars. It´s close to a Metro Station "Alesia" and from there on u come to the center of Paris in less than 20 minutes. The breakfast could be more than just a "croissant" and a piece of "Baguette". The room was more less clean. The Bed was a bit dirty but otherwiese everything was allright. TV Channels: RTL 2 the only german tv channel. Otherwise spanish and french channels. If u come by car u can park your car close to the hotel. It´s 18 Euros per day. So, we would come again but how I said allready not longer than 3 Days.

Very good choice for people coming to Paris to visit, not for spending the time in the room. very close to subway station. Small rooms, but clean and warm.

Staff is friendly and keeps rooms clean. Breakfast-room is lacking to provide a conveniant atmosphere. There are rooms directed to the main street beeing quite noisy (double rooms with separated beds) and rooms directed to the back of the building beeing more gentle.

One of the most horrible traps of the web booking. Poor cominication. Language problem.I had never seen such a pathetic Lift, which could just squeeze in two people, situated in the middle stairs !

I got the last minute deal probably , so the price was too good for the space of the rooms. nnel. location is pretty central and well connected to important places, reception was nice. Very spacious rooms and toilet too, nice wardrobe and almirah. nice last day deal, wish if i had stayed longer here at the same price.

it needs to be taken of the map for good,if not make sure you do not use the shower without a plastic bag on your feet and do not use the washroom at all, and you need to bring your bedding set.

The reception has been good, receptionist is friendly ... BUT if you have a little more money ... 1) the refrigerator in the room is full of hairs, Amazing!!! 2) The ladder is the type shell and very close. Lift hard fall luggage (Very small) and the cleaning lady makes cleaning products on ladder, There are better places for a little more money, but if you want to save and only vás to sleep ... I hope to be helpful ... Add 2 €/person (tax holidays in the city of Paris) Congratulations for Venere.com Fdo.: Bertolary

The location was great. Nevertheless the cleanliness of the rooms was totally unexistant. There were bedbugs, and when we told the host about it, he refused to help, instead looked at us with certain disgust. If we did not liberate the room before 2 p.m. the cleaners only threw clean towels into the room and did not clean later. We found a forgotten cap underneath one bed, and the carpets were stained. Overall very dirty.

The staff are very friendly and nice!!!I like them a lot. Unfortunately I had a big luggage and the elevator wasn't too convient that it started at the second floor. And there was a problem of hot water(which was always less than hot), I hope it's just a temporary problem. By the way, the location is good because it is near the train station!

I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel. When we arrived we found a dirty room: the sheets were torn and with some red spots (maybe blood!?), cobwebs on the walls, and spots on the wc... We changed room after our request. For three days we had NO warm water, and the towels have never been changed. Employer at the reception is very unfriendly. I strongly suggest to go to another hotel!

We arrive late and they were very helpful. We had to pay an extra 2 euros for some reason before we left, but the price was still really good. It was about a block and a half away from the metro in a good neighborhood. There was a bakery and grocery store next door. The one bad thing about this hotel was that there was no hot water.

The hotel is OK, it is located close by to metro stations so you can reach everywhere in minutes. The rooms are small and the shower is kind of uncomfortable.... breakfast is not included so if you have it be ready to pay for it at checkout

Hotel Residence Chatillon is a small hotel with only 4 room on each floor (As far as we could see). It was very hot in Paris the weekend we were there, and we had to leave the windows open all night. Outside was a street with quite heavy, noisy traffic. But I suppose this is normal in the middle of a large city. There was no smell of cigaretts in the hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for two nights March 6-7, I think the this hotel is great for the price and location. The metro was only a few blocks from hotel,if you use the metro to get to the hotel get off at D'Alesia, hotel name is not visible it looks exactly like the photo displayed on the internet. There were many places to eat, there were bakerys, grocery store right next door to the hotel. The owner were friendly and helpful. The elevator or lift is very small only one person with luggage fits in there. I stayed on the 5th floor facing the street had no problems with noise from outside. We had a great visit and stay. I would come back again to stay in this hotel.

This hotel is very excellent. The surrounding is very nice, with a baker and a supermarket directly next door to the hotel. The Metro-Station is about 3 minutes away and with that Metro-line (line 4), you can go directly to a lot of sightseeings. The rooms are very spacious, very clean and beautiful arranged. The employees are terribly nice and helpful and I found it very friendly that we could leave our luggage in the hotel the whole day of arrival and daparture. Altogether, I can really recommend this hotel!
