The room was so "LITTLE" that I had to put my suitecase in the bathroom. Breakfast was quiet poor. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. And the quality of the beds was very good.

We had a nice stay: starting with a wellcoming drink, friendly service, a refurnished hotel, a picnic per person with checking out, nice quiet area, breakfast not too bad ... it is not so difficult to do thinks right -- they have managed. Worst: small lift

We stayed 3 nights. Very relaxed hotel in pleasant neighbourhood (Marais). Breakfast and lunchbox were simple but very efficient. The room was (fpr Parisstandards) of an acceptable size. Only the bathroom was rather smal and a little bit worn out. Overal a very pleasant hotel to stay. We would return to this hotel the next time we visit Paris.

Small hotel but very comfortable, close to the tube station and places and roads of interest, ideal for a short stay in Paris, a good compromise between price and quality, they even give you breakfast and a packet lunch, very good for those who wants to see everything! I'll choose it again!

Most staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast area really awkward and the food OK. No milk for tea. Sandwiches horrid. Bedroom small but great bed. Lift tiny.Overall reasonable for central Paris. Would stay again if we wanted to be in this area.

Great location, very close to metro stations and Bastille bar/restaurants area. The reception staffs were very friendly and welcoming. The room (especially the bathroom) is a bit small, but you get what you paid for. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any budget traveler.

I stayed in Paris for 4 nights and 1 half day the week of Nov 24th. The interaction with the hotel staff was overall good. They gave excellent directions with the Metro and how to get to certains areas. The hotel is relatively close to all the major attractions. I was also lucky that week to experience the flea market which was around the corner from the hotel. The best flea market I have ever been to.

Good (but not excellent!) hotel in an upmarket district of Paris, it was good value for money. Advertised as new from 2009 the bedroom itself was new but the bathroom was 10+ years old. It was a clean room, but often hot and noisy with the windows open. Common areas OK not amazing. Service was disappointing - the usual Parisian charm (or lack of it) was clearly present here. All in all though, this is Paris - hotels tend to be small and expensive... I would recommend this hotel but don't be blown away - hotels in other cities (eg: London) are far better value. Can't fault the area though. Fantastic shops + cafes close by... Pompidou Centre a short walk and Place des Vosges even closer. Paris is one city you can walk around and enjoy it on foot.

I would not have believed it possible to fit so many facilities in such a small room! Downside: small bed (4' double), compact bathroom, nowhere to hang clothes, lift wasn't working. Upside excellent value, drinks & hairdryer in room, minimalist breakfast and lunch included in price. In this area, for the money, you can overlook the short-comings.

Overall good hotel in a nice area. Many restraunts, entertainment places, and shops (including small original designer shops) around. Rooms are quite small, but this is normal in Paris. No air-conditioning, so it can be really hot in summer unless you open the windows (and then it can be noisy on Fridays and Saturdays). Real free wifi. Nice budget option for those who can trade location and costs for high-standard comfort and all other nonsense of 5-star places.
