Was pretty much as expected ... rooms are always small in cheaper hotels. Needs much renovation though, patched up carpets in the hallways were not attractive. The shower in one room did not attach to the rail so had to be held and the door to it was broken and replaced with a curtain that was not long enough so the floor got pretty wet - however there was plenty of fast flowing hot water to get clean in! The other room booked, the shower worked well and was complete. There were no clocks in the room as advertised but not that much of an issue as we used the alarms on our phones. Not much of a welcome, compared to other (budget) hotels we have stayed in but as we are pretty independent anyway, not that bothered by that. Bedding and towels were clean and the beds were comfortable. As a family we use hotels to sleep and get clean in - this hotel provided that in a central location at a good price - would not recommend as a romantic place to stay!

The room itself is small, but it has its own bathroom and is definitely manageable given the low price. Location wise, it is close to the Bastille and about a 10-15 walk from the Marais, so it's location is good. However, the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. My room was only cleaned once during my 5 day stay.

This hotel is bad, the prices is very expensive for the room. I know other people who go at paris at the same days and they hadn't the same problem for an equal price

My 2 children on 13 and 15 years old stayed for a week at Luxor Bastille. The beds weere O.k.Besides the beds there was a table and one chair. It`s a place where you can sleep and not so much more. It's close to the metro and the surroundings are fine.

The hotel is about 800 meters from Paris main train station, but located in a small alley, so not very easy to find. The price is OK. But it is not quite safe nearby. On the way to the hotel from train station, I stood outside of a kebab store, and someone tried to stole my backpag. The boss of another chinese restaurant told me someone even robs you!

The room and shower room were a little small but the bed was very comfortable. We saw the whole of Paris in five days. We mainly walked but the metro from the Bastille was excellent. The staff were very helpful and even printed our boarding passes for our return.

Good location. Only 5 minites walk to/from Paris de Lyon train station as well we Paris metro underground station. However the tariff felt expensive compared to its quality. The tariff should be gone down by 30~40 euros. Yes between 30 and 40 euros would be an adequate amount compared to its quality as well as competences of employees.

The hotel is in an uninteresting neighbourhood, but very close to Gare de Lyon and the heart of Paris. It is relatively quiet and good value for Paris. My only complaints were they asked for 20E tax on top of what we were quoted (even though it clearly stated that the price included taxes)and they moved us w/o asking first (moving some of our stuff, but not everything, which was irritating).

The hotel meets my standard, It allows to stay in silent, to achieve easily main important points of Paris, to buy some souvenirs, also to have some untypical services (as to repair a travel bag).

we finded a mouse in the room and they asked the full payment even if we check out three days before. PLEASE KEEP FAR FROM THIS HOTEL Hotel di Merda, abbiamo trovato un ratto nella camera e cia hanno chiesto ugualmente il pagamento dell'intero importo,. sono dei poveracci e zozzi. e venere dovrebbe vergognarsi di rappresentarli e cancelarli dalle liste STATE LONTANO DA QUESTO HOTEL
