Be prepared to: carry your lugagge to your room (without any trolley), to wait 30mn for check in, to wait for the tiny elevator up to 10mn during rush hours but alos to wait 10mn at the desk until the duty man has finalized a telephone booking. Ratio quality over price is desastrous!

The only thing that saved this hotel from classifying as poor was lovely memories of the trip to Paris chosen to propose to my girlfriend :) and overall hotel was not bad its just bit pricey and somehow unfriendly staff ,location not bad either but i would not stay there again .rooms dusty as well

I shared a twin room with a female friend & we felt that the frosted glass door for the bathroom was very impersonal! It wasn't fully closed to the ground so you could hear everything that went on! The elevator was tiny, when we were leaving we had to do two trips with our bags!

Reasonable cold buffet breakfast in terms of what was available, but seemed a little expensive. Rooms on the small side, but adequate and comfortable.Excellent location just a few yards from Metro entrance, and only four stops from the Gard du Nord. Owner (and most staff) speak good English and are very helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the room was perfectly adequate and excellent value for a major holiday weekend (Easter), perfect location for the 'best'of Paris (3rd/4th/2nd) and would recommend to anyone
