Hotel Le Citizen - Paris

Excellent service, small room, nice staff, usage of IPod included in price as well as minibar. Overall a trend-setting concept for city hotels. Le Citizen has my fully recommendation.

Way over rated by Trip Advisor! The rooms are very tight and uncomfortable, hard to unpack even one suit case. The public area, one small room is uninviting, the breakfast selection is very limited . Bad location in Paris! Bad restaurants around. BIG DISAPOINTMENT!

Fra exceeded my expectations and other similar experiences. Superb staff-helpful, friendly, personal. Excellent room: large, contemp. Great bed and bath. Friendly occupants, mosrtly US during our stay. Is there a downside? Only 12 rooms and prrob limited availability. Our preferred stay in Paris.

Lovely City King Room junior suite was all we hoped for. Staff was welcoming and did all they could to make us feel comfortable and to assist us. We would have loved to stay longer!

Stayed seven days at Le Citizen. The service of the entire staff was excellent--very helpful, friendly, service-oriented. They were a pleasure. The rooms are modern, clean. The bed and shower are both superb. Loved having the free mini-bar with a juice each morning and a coke after long walks in Paris. The breakfast makes this hotel better than most in its price range. Fresh squeezed juice, delicious breads, yummy yoghurt with fruit and granola, eggs cooked to order, fresh ground cafe com lait. We enjoyed the 10th Arrondisement and the Canal San Martin area. Well done, Le Citizen.

Really great hotel: new, clean, nice, design, excellent staff. Would bot think twice to go there again. Take into consideration the taxi are charging money for the reservation so it is better to catch it on the street. This hotel is 7-10 min from the metro but it is still nice to enjoy the city taking a taxi occasionally. It would be about 15-20 euros to get to anywhere in the city from this hotel by taxi. I used BLUE van - airport shuttle to the airport for 25 euros vs 50 euro for taxi. They can also pick you up from the airport but you need a reservation at least 12-24 hours.

Everything was spotless in this hotel, and the room and bathroom were efficient and original in design. In addition, the staff could not have been more accommodating and welcoming. It would be useful for their clients to know that they are within an easy walk of Republique, a very convenient metro stop where several lines meet. This also means that you can enjoy the tranquility of the Canal St Martin but quickly switch to Place de la Republique for more animation. It was a delight to return to this sleek hotel (and comfortable bed!) each evening after walking all day in elegant Paris.

Very cool hotel - staff are genuinely warm, friendly and personable. A cool place to stay with plenty of vibrant local bars and restaurants.
