During all 5 days of our stay, the elevator was not working.

the lift was not working for 3 days and I was accommodated on the 5th floor! The last day, a health and safety exercise was taking place. during that time I was having breakfast the lights were off for 15 minutes (there was not even a candle on the tables) and we had to listen to the alarm during that time.

Very nice located in the Montparnass area. Good restaurants and pubs in the surrounding.

Very pleasant stay in an area with local dwellers and few tourists!! The hotel staff was professional and friendly. The room located on 5th floor, the breakdown of the elevator the last day gave us some good exercise. Access to public transport is good.

En general el hotel es exactamente como se muestra en la pagina. En comparacion a la oferta de hoteles en Paris, este hotel resulto muy bueno, aunque la relacion precio-calidad sigue siendo un poco desproporcionada. El personal de la recepcion fue super amable y hablaban tanto ingles como español.

I have been to Paris at least 10 times and found this hotel absolutely wonderful. Would definitely stay again

Maintenance need improvement. Bath tub plug missing, door handle to bathroom almost loose, old spots and stains or on the wall paper or on the bead spread that don't quite disappear makes it all look like it needs refurbishment or at least make-over. Yet I like this small hotel, its staff and in particular its location.

This is a real well located Hotel in Paris. Quiet neighborhood and near of the delicious Daguerre street and Denfert-Rochereau station.

The hotel is equivalent to a good 3 star, very confortable and perfect for a short stay in Paris. However, they have a problem with the cleaning ladies who do not leave the room tidy: no towels or on top of the open bed, the bed is always left open with the covers on the floor thrown to the corner. We stayed there 5 days and despite (nicely) complaining our room always left us in a state of shock when arriving. Personaly, I hate to see my pyjama thrown on top of a chair or 4 face towels and no body towel, things like that.

We didn't have the hotel we choose because your web site confirmed us that our booking was confirmed and ok. But the hotel was over booked and they transfered ourselves to another hotel, ugly, cheaper and less beautifull and well furnished than the "Villa montparnasse" we booked. And when I checked on internet the prices for this hotel it was 90 euros less expensive than what I paid for my initial booking. So we refused the switch and we had to cancel our order. By chance they accepted to transfer us to another hotel we choose but we had to insist a lot and show how angry we were. That is the first time I have such a problem with a hotels booking web site....! So the commentary I gave are not for the villa montparnasse but for the villa royale

As you see we giving high score on every questions,but about the price we fellt that somethings wrong. First, we where soure about that the breakfats was inkludided in your prices, but maybe we didn't look good enought. Second, with the price of 20 euro pr. person for one breakfast we could have eaten a very good meal out in a Restaurant. That I think was too ecspensive.

The rooms were immaculately clean and the staff were helpful, however, there was a significant volume of noise from the traffic outside.
