It was an easy walk to Musee de Orsey, Louvre and to Notre Dame. The Metro wasn't far either. It was a typical sized Paris Hotel room. I wanted to stay there because of our family name. It was fun to be able to to that!

The staff could not have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I had to spend some hours waiting for my nephew, which meant that I could not go out for lunch. The receptionist organised a pizza for me which was served on a plate and tray in the lounge. The only slight niggle is the size of the rooms - it would be very difficult to arrive with lots of luggage as there is nowhere to put them very easily. However, the room where I stayed - room 100 next to the lounge was delightful. The bathroom is a very reasonable size and newly equipped - one of my benchmarks when judging a Paris hotel. Many of them fall down here. I will certainly return there on my next visit.

This is a charming boutique hotel. Excellent location, helpful staff, but a little pricy. However, it's all more or less pricy in that area.

Although the room was very small, it was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was optimal. I'd stay in this hotel again if one of the larger, air conditioned room were available.

The hotel location was excellent the only drawback was the bed was small and not too comfortable but other than that I would recommend.

We had room 100, which leads directly off the lounge on the ground floor & is very small, hot & stuffy. Unfortunately the safe in our room jammed shut,(not our fault) We had to hang around for several while the pleasant helpful staff struggled to open it

Verneuil was charming, central to our destinations over a short weekend visit, and the staff provided helpful maps and directions for all we needed. Even arranged a taxi for us to the airport before we asked!

I would definitely recommend this small but lovely Hotel. It is in a quiet back street within easy walking of many attractive places. Rooms small but elegant. Breakfast excellent. Well worth a stay.

This is a wonderful,small, intimate and quietly classy hotel, in a perfect location,within walking distance of the river, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and many other sights, in addition to beautiful antique shops and all sorts of restaurants, churches etc., with very friendly and helpful staff. We only wished we could have stayed longer. We took my mother there for her 80th birthday and she was very touched by the thoughtfullness of the staff on reception, who gave her a little present on her departure. We hope very much to return there.

The nearest underground stations are Saint Germain des Prés (line 4) et Rue du Bac (line 12), a 10-minute walk from the property.

By train
From Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est railway stations, take underground line 4, direction Porte d'Orléans, and step off at Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
From Gare Montparnasse railway station, take underground line 4, direction Porte de Clignancourt, and get off at Saint-Germain-des-Prés.

By airplane
From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport, take RER B to Gare du Nord, and follow the aforementioned indications.
From Orly airport, take RER B to Denfert Rochereau, then switch onto underground line 4 and get off at Sait-Germain-des-Prés station.
