This property is ok. I paid a relatively low price for a property with a great location. My room was functional and bed was comfortable. Fine for a few nights cheap stay. You get what you pay for.

We cut our stay in this hotel short. The shower was dirty when we arrived, but the larger problem is that the price for these tiny and uncomfortable rooms is absurd - we walked down the street to another hotel and had normal hotel rooms with breakfast included for less than they had charged - 180 euro - for this place. Nobody wants to spend a lot of time in their hotel room in Paris, but nobody should stay in such a small and uncomfortable room for that price.

The size of the room was small but not so uncomfortable.Worse than the size of the room are the stairways, the elevator and the corridor to get to the room. I think they do not fit security standards.

L'hôtel ne peut être noté. Avec une réservation en bonne et due forme "Venere" en ma possession, j'ai été redirigé par l'accueil vers un étabilissement voisin officiellement de même standing (Acacias Saint-Germain ***, moquettes déchirées, odeurs de cigarette). Motif invoqué, travaux imprévus à un étage de l'hôtel. S'agissait-il d'un réel pb technique de dernière minute, dans ce cas là bien géré par la direction, ou d'une pratique de surbooking indamissible et condamnable ? A voir si d'autres clients Venere ont été confrontés à la même situation !

Las habitaciones mas pequenas que he conocido en mi vida, preferible hospedarse en un hotel lejos del centro pero que un espacio minimo habitable, deberia existir una alerta para este tipo de situaciones o srvicios. la habitacion cuenta con una sola toma electrica entonces o vez television, o cargas tu celul.ar, o cargas tu camara o usas tu secador de pelo, o bajan los precios a la mitad o no vuelvo

Stayed in Paris for 4 days in October 2008 for sightseeing. This hotel is nothing like the pictures. The room was tiny, bathroom was even more tiny and was filthy, there was pubic hairs all over the floor and in the shower. There was stains on the bed cover and cigarette butts & a dirty ashtray on the window ledge from pervious guests which were not removed. The location of the hotel is very good and there are two metro stations very close. However, noise is a problem in the hotel both from inside the hotel where noise can be heard from surroundings rooms. Also, on the street below there are a number of very noisy bars and restaurants which cause noise problems late into the night. This hotel is by no means a 3* standard hotel, other than location this hotel has nothing going for it.

I was traveling with my family. Hotel has very good location - one of the best in Paris. It was clean and quiet. I recommend it to people, who prefer 3 stars. Advice - by spending same money, you can have better breakfast in cafe next to hotel.

Hotel muy bien situado, con personal cordial pero habitaciones pequeñas y viejas, necesita reforma. El ruido por las noches y a primera hora de la mañana era bastante molesto debido a la escased de espacio entre las distintas habitaciones. Decepcionante.

Camere quadruple ampie e pulite. Hotel comodo perchè situato vicino ad almeno 3 stazioni della metro e quindi il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti. L'unica nota dolente è il costo della prima colazione (10 Euro a persona)che ci ha costretto a farla fuori: fortunatamente l'hotel si trova in un quartiere con molti bistrot, brasserie, creperie ecc.

I liked very much the back yard, so beautiful! In the room, however,I would prefer the door on the top of the stairs. In the room there was no desk with light to read or write. I did not want fill in the questions which are not applicable; asit is not possible, I put 0, which does not mean "poor".

Large room, quiet but the staff service was poor, i.e. they were unable to secure a taxi for us with 3 hours notice, and did not offer an alternative; breakfast was overpriced to be w/o fresh coffee, milk, etc.

The hotel is brilliantly situated at the heart of Montparnasse with a lot of nice creperies in the neighbourhood. We were upgraded for free to the quaint rooms in the courtyard in the back of the hotel - very quiet, cosy and nice. Only problem was that the website indicates the hotel has parking facilities - this is not entirely true, as you have to go to the Montparnasse tower, which is a bit far if you have a lot of luggage! Overall a good impression and will definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is locate at a busy street at Montparnasse. The room was fine but the bathroom too small. I've stayed in better hotels in Paris for same rate. I wouldn't return to this one.

Expensive breakfast. We booked a Quadruple but actually got a triple with an extra bed. Great location. Near everything!

Good experience staying here. We felt we had a very good price-to-quality ratio. Our room was quite small, but cozy and comfortable. The receptionist was professional, efficient, and attentive to our needs.

I was disapointed with the Unic Hotel and the poor value for money. I would not stay there again but I would use vener.com again.

First night we got a terrible room, but after complaining we got a good one. Location is superb, close to the Metro and close to many restaurants. The quadruple we ordered was a tripple with an extra bed. There is absolutely no information about Paris in the lobby.

The triple room we stayed was spaciouse than we expected. And it was a nice and comfortable room,too. The hotel was easy to find from Montparnassse station. There are lot of restaurants near by.

At first sight, everything seemed fine, a nice room with a spacious bathroom (especially for paris) but the only thing that bothered me a bit was that the shower wasn't that clean, it had brown stains on the wall. But overall, it's a good and nice room, nicely located in paris for a very good price.

Breakfast was extra although not mentioned on the web site and quite expensive for the quantity. The photograph on the web site bears no relation to the room we was allocated; I think the camera used had a rose tinted lens! Parking is mentioned but please don't rely on it, in fact I don't think they have any as they couldn't accommodate one customers bike for storage over night!
