the room was sufficient, although called a Superior for single use, the only superior factor was the double bed as opposed to a single. Bathroom was clean but very small. The cups/glasses provided were plastic and broke very easily--real glass would have been preferable. Good location with easy accessibility.

We had a room for 5 days where we could not open windows due to a construction going on rt. outside the windows. the shower space was too small for me to move around and I'm a very thin guy, even the room was too small for us and our luggages. It's a place to stay for 1-2 nights--- not 5 days, since linens are not changed as often. The kids in the reception were all helpful , esp. my newspaper daily, and location was excellent and bed was not bad . The Hotel Bon Enfant a block away looks promising for a better stay next time.No more 2 star hotels for us when we go back to Paris.

The min selling point of this hotel is it's location. Every day I made a comment at how great a location it was. 1 mintue from the Palais-Royale tube made it so easily accessible to most places and quick to get to the Eurostar at Gare du Nord. We walked everywhere, to le marais, St Paul's, St Germaine, Notre-Dame etc. It is right by the Seine. The rooms were kept clean throughout our stay, bear in mind the bathroom is very small but absolutely manageable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The hotel location is excellent. It is the one reason to consider this hotel. The room I had was just adequate. Granted, it was quiet. But even for Paris, it was small and not particularly well laid out. The shower barely accommodated me and entry to it was via a narrow 15 inch wide door! The staff were adequate and professional.

for the price, this was one of the better hotels i've stayed in in paris, the best thing is they have tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms, as a coffee in paris will set you back about £4, shame they didn't have a mini fridge, the beds are comfi, easy to use aircon, overall very good hotel in a wonderful city.

typical of French hotels, the room was on the small side. The shower was really small and difficult to use. The beds were wonderful and we slept quite well. Breakfast was fairly ordinary, but ok. The location is fabulous! Just a short walk to Le Louvre Museum. I'd definitely stay here again.

This was my fourth visit to Paris, I have stayed at the Time Hotel Champs Elysees, Tim Hotel Palais Royale and the Tim Hotel Le Louvre twice. The Le Louvre is perfectly located, right in the centre of everything. The Metro is close by as are many sandwich shops and some good restaurants. The rooms are ideal for a city break because you don't really spend much time in them so why pay extra for something you won't use? It is clean, comfortable and professional. There is also a luggage cupboard so when you check out of your room you don't have to drag your bags around with you all day until your flight. The breakfast is fine, basic, with cereals, croissants, juice, cold boiled eggs etc. When I go back to Paris this is my preferred hotel.

wonderful central location our rate landed us with a main floor room, strange arrangement - room had a window that opened onto dining area. Bathroom large and clean but swinging shower door was annoying. Breakfast for 10 euros was adequate, and was convenient. Cafes around there were charging 9 euros for a smaller breakfast

This hotel was perfect for our 2night stay in the heart of Paris. Although the room/bathroom was small it was very clean and comfortable. Location was fab..Just a 2min walk from the Louvre/Metro and many shops/restaurants. Remember to take a left out of the hotel and check out Les Halles area etc. Overall my partner and I had a great trip and will certainly stay here again in hopefully the not too distant future.

Considering the fact that if you want a large room in a central location in Paris you have to pay much more, I think that the price-quality ratio of this hotel is pretty much above the average, even if the room was tiny (as usual in Paris. Excellent location near LESHALLES and the main RER and metro stations

Excellent hotel if you, like me, had no idea where to book as there are so many hotels to choose from. The Louvre, Metro, cafes are literally 1- 4 mins away. It's in 'arrondissement 1', (Paris is divided into areas called arrondissements) that's about as central as you can get. Great helpful staff, I would stay there again. PS I am not in any way related to the owners!

Employees at reception are really rude and absolutly not helpful or obliging. My booking was not respected: in fact I booked for a quadruple and i received a triple. And they had no care about my problem. The position of the hotel is the only thing that can make you decide to go there. Anyway i'll never come back to TIMHOTEL LOUVRE, NEVER.. I prefer to pay a bit more to be treated with kindness.

We had a quad room on the street which was spacious enough for four people. The bathroom was a bit cramped, and though there was a window with a decorative wrought iron grille and flowers looking out onto the street, overall the room and the hotel had a rather utilitarian feel. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and we mistakenly believed that it was included in the room cost. However, the location of the hotel was great, the price for a quad very reasonable, and the staff competent, if not particularly friendly. The hotel offered good value for our two nights in Paris.

The staff was nort very helpful, and they frequently forgot to do my room, so after a long day out I came back to find the room exactly how I had left it: no clean towels, bed unmade... The location is excellent and it is true that hotel are very expensive in that area, but running into mice in the Breakfast Lounge is more than I can take!!

to be honest i was very dissappointed with the hotel. we booked a double room and the pictures on the internet were very wrong - when we arrived the hotel informed us that they had no double rooms available and we had to take a twin room. myself and my fiancee were very dissappointed with this and also with the response and service we received from the hotel staff. i feel that what is booked through the internet should be what you receive when you get to your destination. there was no apology from the hotel and we received no compensation.
