The staff were very helpful with all our needs. However, the restaurants that they recommended turned out to be not so good (later found out from TripAdvisor.com that these cafes were ranked quite low among cafes and restaurants in Paris). Maybe because the staff themselves don't dine out in these cafes. All in all we are happy with the stay.

There was a group of 8 of us, and we had no issues. The staff spoke English, so that made things easy. They were both friendly and helpful. The area around the hotel was great. The metro station was literally a 2 minute walk! The ride into the city is less than 20 minutes. And there's cafe's and such along the same street as the hotel. We had NO issues and I would, without a doubt, stay there again!

Good value for price. In a real neighborhood. Great for bakeries, fruit and veg merchants, inexpensive eateries. Metro very convenient, but always crowded. (Never got a seat at my stop.) Would have liked: a little bit bigger room, perhaps some tissues in room, access to an ice machine, instructions for operating A/C, perhaps a place to relax in lobby. But people and service were wonderful at a great price.

Unbeatable price-quality ratio for Paris! Excellent facilities, easy access (2 minutes from Porte de Saint-Ouen metro), welcoming staff - and, very importantly during hot Paris summers, superbly clean, air-conditioned rooms.

We have a nice stay at Hotel Source. Staff er welcoming and very nice. Location is supert, near in many different shops. Great choice staying at this hotel. Staff er very helful! The rooms is always neat and clean but no minibar. Would recommend this to everyone who wanted to visit Paris.

All rooms have been lately fully - Source Hotel offers 34 quiet and comfortable rooms, fully renovated and some of them are interconnecting, so they can be used by large families travelling together.
