The location is amazing, basically right in the heart of the city (the fun part, anyway). The room was a bit small, and the shower was very small, but when the facilities are that clean, and quite comfortable I may add, and you're within 2 minutes (literally) walking distance from countless good restaurants, bars, clubs, sights, who cares? The only drawbacks: I felt that the room was a tad overpriced for the size, and the common showers are closed at 10 p.m.

well... location, location, location: no private bathroom (and was not clear enough when I booked), not even in the same floor!! was accommodated in attic, staircase very narrow and steep (panting to get up there!). I did not sleep in there: i found alternate accommodation. YET, I understand, you are paying for location... but I was looking for more comfort. I do not UN-recommend either.

Overall this was a clean, nice hotel in a great location. The biggest negative was the bed, which sank in completely when lied upon(and I am not a heavy person.) We were not able to get a good night's sleep, which was a shame. Otherwise the hotel was good.

I thought I had booked a double ensuite and was a little dissapointed that my room only had a sink in it. I also think the website should make a clear point if the hotel is not equipped with a lift or air conditioning.

First the negatives- the rooms are small, they aren't even equipped with a phone, let alone TV, and you will have to go up flights of narrow, winding stairs to reach them. But what do you expect for under 100 Euro? That said, the hotel is charming, clean and even a bit arty. Linens and towels are nicer than at most 2-stars. The staff is very helpful, and the hotel has free wifi plus a computer for your use in the lobby during business hours. The location is ideal - but just enough off the busy streets that you can get some sleep at night. No breakfast at the hotel, but there's a decent cafe next door. This has now become our new first choice hotel in Paris until we win the lottery or need a walker.

Camere piccole ma pulitissime, qualità/prezzo ottimo secondo me! La posizone dell'hotel è centralissima a 2 minuti da pompidou e massimi 10 dal louvre! Consigliato!

4 jours en stage donc 3 nuits passées à l'hotel Beaubourg.Acceuil poli et pro, le lieu est surprenant, on a l'mpression de rentrer dans la salle d'attente d'un docteur(une table, une chaise et un ordi portable),un portable pour internet est dispo à l'acceuil. Pas de réception de nuit, ne pas oublier sa clef. Pas de petit déjeuner servi. Les chambres sont propres et calmes (pas de télé), la déco est un vieillote. Le quartier est vivant mais pas bruyant, il est bien désservi par métros et bus. J'y reviendrai volontiers.

We were given the impression from the advertising that there were refreshment facilities. There are not. Not even a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. No breakfast at all. If we had of known this we would not have stayed there

The location was WONDERFUL. We had stayed in this area before. 1 block to the Centre Pompidou... So many fantastic wine and cheese shops... bakers ..... so much shopping and culture. I would stay here in a heartbeat. the staff was VERY friendly... What a wonderful stay we had!!

The hotel is very well situated. However it only has a narrow staircase to go up to rooms. No public areas. No bar... We asked for a twin-bed room and got a double bed. They were friendly.

The hotel has a super location, it is noisy but oh well, it doesnt have lift so be prepared, and the rooms arent super small, over all, it all goes along with the price.

We reserved Sejour Beaubourg only a week before arriving. It was a tiny but clean room on the sixth floor with a sink only and a toilet in the hall. There is no lift so moving our luggage was horrible. I would recommend this hotel only for economy,only for one night if you do not mind the inconvienience, if you cannot find a better one. But try hard.We stayed in a much better hotel when we returned to Paris week later for a little more money. It is a good distance from the metro station. The management does not speak English beyond a few phrases so cannot answer any questions.

Very nice place, 1 minute walking to the Centre Pompidou, the room was essential, but very clean and the guy at recetion really nice, kind and helpful in case of need.

Wife and I thought we were paying for the higher priced double room with all advertised amenities but were given a basic room with only a sink at the quoted price. No toilet, shower, TV, wifi, etc. Pretty bleak, but fortunately brief one night experience before catching an early morning flight. Would have chosen a different, even more expensive hotel had I known how basic this place proved to be.

The hotel is actually at a very convenient location. It is 10 mins walk from Notre Dame and 5 mins from Chatlèt Station - which is a major junction for metro and RER lines. The hotel name is not prominently displayed, so difficult to spot.The room we got was on the 5th floor! But the hotel location is great, several restaurants of all kinds of cuisines are close by.
