I corresponded directly with the hotel to ask about a triple and was confirmed by email a double with an extra bed. On arrival was given only a double. Staff that afternoon was rather indifferent and not very sympathetic to the mix-up. (Also not very welcoming or enthusiastic about offering information to the city.) Offered an extra bed, but not much room for it. The room was on ground floor right next to basement laundry so noise and heat from this. No AC, but could use fan in evening, just no privacy if windows open. Should have more plants by that window. Location was good and we could park our rental car out front. Bistros closeby for lunch or drink. Would come again if in cooler month and upstairs. The rest of the staff was very helpful and one staff member in particular, who helped us make a last minute resturant reservation.

This hotel is very difficult to find and the street does not show up on many maps. The website should provide a more explicit map and directions. Rooms were small, but clean and bathrooms updated.

We were greeted on our arrival by an elegant but curt and dismissive woman who informed us that although we had specifically requested a room with a bath, there were none available and if I had read the confirmation properly, I would have noted that there was no promise of there being one. I was surprised at her rudeness. Not a great start! However the next day we were moved to a really nice room with a bath and for the remainder of our stay the other members of staff were friendly and polite. It was a lovely hotel - spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, on a quiet street in a fantastic location and I would definitely use it again.

The hotel was very nice, very close to the Louvre. The employees were all very helpful. Breakfast was nice but you pay separately, which is not a problem if you travel with children, they are fed and then you go. Rooms are small but very comfortable. I will stay at this hotel again, if I have the chance to come back to Paris. One thing, there is no parking, so if you go by car you will have to park in the public parkings.

With the exception of the not-so friendly lady at the reception desk, the hotel met my expectations in terms of the the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent location in a wquiet part of the 7th and very close to the museums and shops that I wanted to visit.

the hotel is situated in a good place for turistic purposes. You can get to the main attractive places on foot, for example d'Orsay and Louvre museums. The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms too and if you need space could be a problem. Breakfast is not included in the charge (9 euros per person!) and the rooms are not air conditioned. Anyway, I believe the hotel is really nice and I suggest you to stay there for your holidays in Paris.

Very nice, located in the heart of Paris in a beautiful quarter. Good for tourism, maybe not for business. Air conditioning not present!

Thank you Saint Thomas D'Aquin for a truly wonderful stay in Paris. The hotel was charming, yet modern enough to be comfortable.(Upon returning to our room one very warm afternoon to relax, we had found an electric fan waiting for us to keep us cool.)The staff was very helpful with direction and questions and the price was outstanding. The only reason I hesitate giving this hotel an excellent rating is, I am afraid that when I go back to Paris, the hotel will be all booked! We will recommend this hotel and stay there again! Thank you very much.

Perfectly located in St. Germain, on very quiet street, near Rue de Bac metro stop. Near shops, restaurants, etc. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Charming inn. Small rooms, bathrooms, though typical. Highly recommend

This is wonderful small hotel in an excellent location that is professionaly run. It is attractively appointed and comfortable. This is the second time we stayed at the hotel and were well looked after both times. Highly recommended.

This is a very attractive, well-appointed and clean property that has been completely rennovated. The staff are very polite, multi-lingual and helpful. My wife and I stayed there twice, once for a one-day transit, and later for three nights. Both stays were very enjoyable. A bonus is that the hotel is very close to the Place St. Michel, a tourist mecca. We plan to make this hotel a base for future visits to France, but it is also very popular and one must book in advance.

Friendly, welcoming hotel. Very central for all the sites. 10 minutes walk from Louvre. Fantastic antique shops in area. Excellent restaurants in immediate area. Room was extremely small, but adequate and en suite shower room was very clean, but again, very small.
