Hotel Residence Lord Byron - Paris

very very bad reception desk there not welcoming persons. Also the rooms are very small compairing it with the price. The street which take you to this hotel from the champs elysee is miserable not save very dierty. I returne back to Paris the week end after my week end in this hotel. And I was take ibis hotel in la defens it was very nice and you have there the metro In general. Don't take this hotel realy very bad reception and area and when I was ask for the manger for speak with him about the way which the reception is welcoming us with it. He told me I refuse any commints over my employees

great hotel for the price ! clean; conveniently located; nice staff; id go back again!!! no room service; no wireless internet; breakfast served in very nice breakfast room for an additional fee.

the picture in the website is way much better than the real I stayed only one night then I moved to another hotel

Nice hotel, Competence of employees not so good.

This hotel is ideally located 2min walk to the champs elysees. You pay for the location not for the quality of the room unfortunately. The room was very small, not enough room to move around. It was clean. The elevator to the room was very small - struggled to fit me and my suitcases in at once. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I arrived around 9.30am and check in was only at 3pm but they let me have my room at no extra charge. I would stay here again, but it was really expensive so maybe I'd look for a budget hotel nearby.

This is the third time I have stayed at Lord Byron and loved it. However, the road works noise outside window was shocking. Collection of garbage and car horns also bad, but not much you can do about that. Staff, facilities etc. were all great and fantastic location. Coming back again when roadworks finished!

Excellent service for the two customer meetings I had in the hotel in the afernnon. I expected a non-smokers room though !

Very nice hotel! in the heart of Paris, near the Camps Elysees, Arc deTriumph, with inner yard, window in bathroom from wich you can see the Eiffel Tour!

Location left a little to be desired but the staff were quite accommodating and kind, and the overall sensibility of the place was very upscale.

Look elsewhere.The best to be said was the shower was good. No A/C in June.Constant noise from construction and since we had to sleep with the windows open to stay cool-- we were bitten up by mosquitos. A construction worker had a key to our room and entered while we were in the room and the maid entered without knocking at 9am while we were still in bed. Overall very poor. THIS PLACE SUCKED !!!
