I really enjoyed the stay. My room was recently remodeled and was very comfortable...one of the most comfortable beds I ever had. MY room faced a courtyard so was quite at night (could be noisy during day because of an adjacent daycare or school playground). Staff was very friendly. Some might think the area is "sketchy" but I felt perfectly comfortable there and it was convenient to the metro and train stations. My only recommendation for the hotel would be to have some fans available...cool outside but the room didn't have a lot of cross ventilation. I would defintely stay here again.

It is a very basic hotel, with nice staff, clean rooms and Internet. The surroundings are easily the worse part, as they do not look very safe, although we experienced no problems. A little pricey for what it is, though. No elevator in the secondary building, so beware mature couples or people with physical disabilities or lots of luggage.

Good hotel for this price!Stuff is excellent! Surroundings are not so horrible as previously described:) Fine bakery just at the hotel - having breakfast there recommended-cheap and very delicious!

It's a nice family-run budget hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a metro station just around the corner. The hotel surrounding is not very good but we don't have any trouble walking back to the hotel late in the evening.

Great location- right next to a Metro station for easy access into the centre of Paris and all the main attractions. Really helpful staff. Spotless rooms. Felt very safe as there was a member of staff on reception 24/7. No in room safe though. Great Italian restaurant 3 streets away. Boulangerie a couple of doors down so no need to pay for breakfast at the hotel. Would definitely stay again. Overall great value for Paris accomodation.
