Hotel Pullman Paris Montparnasse - Paris

Welcome was o.k. Room was nice, clean and quit. Welcome at breakfast has been catastrophic. Nobody from service personal asked me what I want to drink within my breakfast. At the same time as I had my breakfast the service personal cleaned the tables and chairs around me. For 25 € one can have a nice breakfast somewhere in town, with gently service personal. At the end I book from thursday till saturday. The fee was 198 € for thursday of friday and 208 € for friday to saturday. The bill was 2 times 208 € = 418 €. Sorry but to many mistakes - I'll not come back!

Meridien Montparnasse is feeling its age. The bathroom is in desperate need of a change (70's orange plastic coating over furnitures, small bathroom, lighted mirror not working anymore, scale covered loose taps, mouldy joints,....) The room is still fairly ok although getting a little old fashion. Air conditioning in need of a change too (obsolete and noisy system). Great view over Paris. Mini bar prices very exotic (6€ for a can of soda or bottle of Evian) In all, I have stayed several times in this hotel over the years. I have had some great rooms back in 2002 or 2003 but now in desperate need of refurbishement. Also not certain that this time, I was allocated a superior room as requested. Massive bed but great lack of amenties : small wardrobe, very small bath towels, no bathrobe, ...)

FOR A MERIDIEN THIS HOTEL NEEDS A IMAGE REFRESHMENT SPECIFICALLY IN THE ROOMS ( THE BATH ROOM IS VERY OLD FASHIONED )

the hotel was nice, the lobby was great. The room espacially the bathroom was a letdown. We were disappointed. The worst thing was that we had a problem with alle the water gathering all over the bath floor after a shower....it was quite disgusting. Otherwise....the room was quite...though a little "old".

I originally had my hesitations at staying in a big convention hotel (900+ rooms). However, I had a very pleasant time at the Meridien. The rooms were very clean and well appointed although a bit on the small side but I guess they were fine considering the tinier rooms in most Paris establishments. The Michelin-rated restaurant Montparnasse 25 was excellent as was the service there.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and upscale. Would definitely stay there again.

Dear Sir or Madam I would like to thank you for excellent service provided by Venere.com staff members. Your staff acted in a timely and efficient manner. Thank you. I would like to make some comments regarding Le Meridien Montparnasse Paris' staff performance. I noted that porters while arranging for storage of luggage have marked bags with chalk which is totally unacceptable. In addition, reception staff should be more informed about hotel's services. In particular, one of the receptionists did not know how much breakfast cost in the hotel. In general, our stay in the hotel was pleasant. Again, thank you for providing such services. We were very pleased with the overall standard of the hotel and its facilities.The only inconvenience was no iron in the rooms which seems to be the case with many European Hotels. The hotel's location to the nearest train station is good however it would be good it they could nominate the actual station that should be used, and the street exit to be taken as it would have saved us a lot of time. It is a pity they do not offer breakfast as part of their package as the 22 euro pp is very expensive however we did find an excellent place down the road for 7 euro. Pleanty of restaurants nearby and approx 40 minute walk to the Eiffel tower
