I will just say one thing, since I can't really comment on other attributes of the hotel. I had a confirmed reservation from venere.com and when I arrived at the reception I even showed them a printout of the reservation but it didn't really help. They told me they were fully booked and didn't have anyone by that name. So I had to find another place to stay at 8 pm in the evening. also the person at the reception spoke practically no English. He just kept repeating fully booked and you have a problem.

I was in Paris for the International Travel Market 2011. I slept in this hotel as it was well located for the show. But what a mistake. I never in my life slept in such a disgraceful room. Dirty, smelly, dirty bed with blood on pillow, nobody at reception for 45 minutes, one light out of three working, curtains broken, awake at 6 am every morning due to the noise for the preparation of the breakfast. 120 euros per night for this!!! The entire hotel was full of tourism specialists and all were unhappy.

Be careful : the central heating din't work in our room (winter night)! we have had asked for more blankets. In addition, things needed to be fixed in the shower room :wasn't really usefull. The only positive point of this hotel is the place it is located : pleasant area of Paris, close to the Underground and to Porte de Versailles where I was supposed to worked..

The listing specifically stated that it had a garage on premises. When I arrived there was no garage and I was forced to park on the street and oddly enough when I went to my vehicle in the morning their was a 35 Euro ticket on my window!

Two stars for this hotel are much too much. The people are smily but not so competent, the rooms and facilities are not so clean and there are people entering your room during the night!!! The breakfast room is to small. The price much too high. We were glad to be there just for one night and no more.

small hotels at this price and standard are difficult to find in the area. Don't expect a 4 star hotel but you won't get a 4 star bill either. Very clean, quiet and suitable for tourism.

The room itself was not very clean whereas the bathroom was really dirty. Hotel is located in a very typical nice part of Paris in 5 minutes walking distance to the next Metro-Station. Only 2 parking lots are available for the whole hotel.

Although this hotel is cheap I would not recommend it: the booked "familiy room" for four persons was nothing else but a double with a small bed for one child. What if you have two children ? You'll have to sleep on the ground! Inacceptable.

while the rooms are by no means spacious, they are quite livable if you spend your days and most of your nights out. perfect for getting some sleep, though not the closest hotel to many attractions. the metro stop is a little walk away, but nothing unbearable. just don't try walking from the eiffel tower back to this hotel, which is what we did. unless you really like walking. which is cool too.

Schade! Aber sauber war's. Also für den, der das Nachtleben in Paris genießt und eh kaum schlafen will, ist das Hotel prima.

There was no heating for two days, TV had only french chanels plus 1 italian and 1 english-news chanell, so after all day walk around the city, we had nothing to look at untill going to sleep. The local restaurant is horrible: we have found a hair in meal and did not get even an appology. In general they do not speak good english and are enoyed that we do not speak french. But the price of the hotel is OK concedering the prices in Paris in general.

The relationship price/quality is good. But the rooms are many small and with the moquet. In all the hotel there was one smells of enough annoying disinfectant. I have had to pay in advance payment all the stay to the arrival in hotel. All adding I would return to us.

The hotel was well run and pleasant, in a residential neighborhood out of the mainstream, but convenient, with stores and cafes nearby -- and quiet at night! The carpet in the room was vacuumed, although it was stained and in need of replacement, but this was overshadowed by the spic and span bathroom, the daily change of clean sheets, and the shower with abundant hot water at any time of the day or night. There was always someone available at the desk, pleasant and ready to help with any problems. I would definitely stay there again.

Very good budget hotel, clean and very professional at the price quoted. Close to public transport. Only 1 thing - I assumed that the Breakfast was included in the price but was informed that it was not (or so the hotel informed me)I think venere.com should specify this more clearly on the booking sheet. Overall I would stay here again

Nice clean hotel. Although not very centrally located, it was fairly close to the subway and it didn't take to long to get to the centre of Paris. For its price a nice place to stay. Recomended.

It is a modest hotel that can be used to sleep the few hours left after a very busy day in the city. It is very close to a metro station, thus you can easily get every where, and, if you are a very enthusiastic person, it is even at a “walkable” distance to many of Paris main attractions. The room we had was very small, it was difficult to walk without bumping into each other, but this was a good thing! It made us leave the room pretty quick every morning giving us a lot of time to go around the city. The noise is ok, we heard it, but we were too tired to really bother. I think it is a fair hotel to stay for a couple of nights during a very short and intensive visit to Paris.

A very good hotel in relation with the price. Located not in downtown, not so far. Three blocks near de metro station lets near almost all the important sites of Paris. Parking is rather difficult in the strets and expensive, but they provide de service at an extra cost.

Good place to stay at a great price. Good showers with lots of hot water. You obviously pay for quality, not location. There is nothing in the area of the hotel, but a Metro stop is only a 5 minute walk. The Paris Metro is great, you can get anywhere within 30 minutes. If you have money to spare, stay near the sights. If you are looking to save, this is a nice place and close to everything my Metro. Breakfast is not great, but good by European hotel standards

Great location for walking to almost any of the scenic sites in Paris. Or a close Metro stop if one can't handle the walking. Not often used by Americans, so not overly touristic at this hotel. Only complaint is that there are constantly sounds of dishes clanking/being washed from the alley behind, if are unfortunate enough to have a room with a window that direction. For the price, can't beat the quality of service and a place to sleep/shower. Very convenient to have the online reservations, as well.

The Hotel is ok, i would take it at the next time too. They haved problems with the Languages, but here is not so bad, as elswhere in French, and they TRY to speak. You have to travel maybe 4 stops with the metro to the City, it isn't far away. The restaurant in the near called 'Convertion' is terrible! Take a restorant in the City. Thanks for the reservate, it works excellent! I take your Help next Time too.

It is about 10 mins walk from the metro station. The price is good for people who is looking for a budget stay. However, the noise from other rooms can be heard but most of the people are quite considerate. We will go back to the hotel again if the price is still good.
