The staff went the extra for us. Their restaurant reccomendation was excellent. They even made sure that when we were late arriving back to the hotel one afternoon, that the taxi we had ordered to take us to the airport waited for us to return so that we would not be running late for our flight.

There are cheaper hotels in Paris, but this one does everything well and does not disappoint. The service is friendly and professional, the location is excellent. Lots of helpful staff and nice (small side) rooms. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast was expensive but good if you are in a hurry. If the price is not an issue to you I would recommend and I will stay again.

This is a very good located hotel, the deluxe rooms are very quite. Jogging is possible in easy reach ( along the river Seine and/or Jardin des Tuileries)- the stuff war very friendly and helpfull

Expensive, but worthy. Pont Royal is the hotel with excellent front-staffs, good information service(informed the guests about labor strike the next day), comfortable room and tasty breakfast(which is made following the recipe by Joel Robuchon).

The service and location could not be beat here. However, the rooms were incredibly small, even on the top floor with beautiful balcony views of the Effiel Tower.

This is a very comfortable hotel in a great location in the 7th Arr. We were able to walk to many of the major tourist sites like Mussee D'Orsay, the Louvre, Notre Dame and even the Eiffel Tower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks in the hotel were somewhat pricey, but there are so many great bistros, wine shops, etc. in the area that we did not utilize that service at all. I was impressed by the soundproofing and our room air conditioning was great. My only complaint was about a malfunctioning TV....but who really needs a TV in Paris anyway. Overall, an excellent, quiet hotel.
