Our room was quite small, but nice enough for the price we paid. The woman in the reception was always nice and welcoming, but she also seemed relieved when she understood that we spoke French. We had a room that turned towards the street, silent by day but quite busy with a lot of noise by night. The hotel is situated close to Porte d'Orleans, with good public transportations, so even if this is on the outskirts of the central city, it's easy to get to all the famous monuments. There were several restaurants, cafés and supermarkets within walking distance, so we never tried the hotel's breakfast.

We booked this hotel because there wasn't much choice of hotels anymore and this one was still affordable. We stayed for 3 nights and my first impression wasn't too good. The carpet wasn't quite spotless, the room rather small, the bathroom was old, the curtains ugly, the TV with only French channels was very small and with disturbances. But after one night we were used to the room. The shower was good, the bed was OK, the roof and walls were well painted, the lift was working, the window was with double glass and could be openened and the people were helpful. But we've had seen better hotels for better prices. The distance to the metro is good but we found it inconvenient to be so far from the center as it still took a lot of effort to go out again for dinner in the evening by metro (after a tiring day) as the area isn't too interesting to stay to have dinner. For one night it will be OK and perhaps they may have better rooms, but I will try another hotel the next time.

Stanze pulite e personale molto cortese. Metro vicinissima.Collegata abbastanza bene col centro. Zona tranquilla.

Excellent room for the price. Very clean. It also included a "lift" so one doesn't have to carry luggage up stairs. The hotel is 10 minutes from the Metro (directions would be nice). Also, within walking distance were numerous restaurants, bakery's, and places to purchase food. I would stay there again.

I liked very much this hotel, the reception lady is very nice, the rooms are spacious and clean but a little bit noisy in the morning, there was no air conditioning, so I don't know if it gets too hot in the summer. The relationship quality/price is very good, and it's very, very near the metro. if you don't wanna have breakfast in the hotel, there are 3 or 4 bistrots and cafes in the area, very nice also.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located very nicely within Paris. The price matches what you get excellently. The rooms are not very spaceous, however, what will one expect for the price. The room has been very clean and was quiet. We would happily come again, if we ever need a cheap and well-located hotel in Paris.

We enjoyed our stay at Parc. Italian lady at the reception was really friendly and made us feel welcomed. New towels daily. Within walking distance to metro and tram. Main setback was the shower area was simply too small!

The hotel staff were friendly. The proprietor in particular loved Paris and was very happy to help plan a visit. It was annoying that the lobby was the only place with internet access. Plus it was annoying that you had to pay 2 euro per day. Larger pillows would have been nice, but I guess maybe the "pillow log" might be a european thing. The hotel is at the end of the line in an area that doesn't have a lot to see or do. I ended up having to take 30 minute metro rides to get anywhere interesting (e.g. the Louvre). Prices were high, but then I'm an American so everything was expensive...
Italy, Sep 2007
We had new and clean towels almost every day. The break-fast was complete and plentiful. The assistance by employees was really nice, even with good advices about public transports. The hotel is situated in a strategic position in relation with bus and metro. We recommend this property.

Great Value. Only 2 small negatives, Breakfast was extra and over priced but that is Paris, and no English language TV. Over all a great place to stay.

We stayed for 4 nights for vacation. It was a very nice hotel. * The elevator is tiny (but at least they have one!) * We had room with bath so the bathroom was larger compared to rooms with just shower. * There was noise from a nearby school, but otherwise the hotel is quiet. * internet reasonably priced (2$ per day); we could also find free (though weak) link in the room very close to Metro station, but otherwise removed from attractions. We were happy with it. * There was no single room available...

This was a quick overnight stay on our return through Paris. Great, quiet spot with good restaurants, very close to the metro, and very friendly and helpful staff. There's a nice park down the street where real Parisians seem to go, rather than where all the tourists seem to be flocking to. Recommended!

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Parc. With metro and bus stations just around the corner it was very convenient for getting around and a perfect base for a stay in Paris.

Very welcoming, easy to find, nice room. Right next to the busterminus. Very noisy in the streets at night, but we would like to stay there again.

The room was clean and not too big for a single traveller. The bed was large enough for me (183cm tall). As I stayed at the room on the 6th floor I could enjoy the view from the window. The hotel does not face the large street the noise of cars on the street was not annoying.
