The best thing about this hotel was the location and the excellent service provided by the staff. The room was much smaller than what it looks in the picture. Being a single traveler I could squeeze in, but it is small. The room was very clean, and well maintained daily, and although I could hear some noises from the next room, it wasn't too bad. The room faced the street, so if the window is open it can get very noisy, but when closed it was OK. Near Saint Lazare metro station and very easy to commute. Overall pleased with my stay and very impressed with the staff at the reception, very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Made my stay really pleasant. Would recommend for short stay :)

The hotel is nice and it is in a very good position, near the Opera and Pigalle. Rooms are quite basic, yet comfortable and clean. The hotel is quiet enough, expecially in the rooms which face the inner courtyard. The best thing about the hotel is the kindness of the staff. Me and my wife stayed for 11 days in august and felt very well. I'd really reccoment the hotel to every tourist who looks for clean rooms and a good bed. Very, very satisfied. I cannot talk about the breakfast as we always went out (we love Starbucks for breakfast... :D)

We had a great stay and the staff were extremely friendly. We found that the Liège metro station is much closer to the hotel and an easier walk.

Very nice hotel. Small room but it was only for 2 nights so perfect for what was needed. Walkin distance from major streets also plenty of metros near by. Would recommend 2 anyone going 2 Paris for the weekend!! Negatives are only breakfast expensive for what is offered and that's it. Nice area as well. A +

Best welcome ever received from concierge in forty years of travelling! Helpful and friendly staff. Good, no frills room with all facilities (but BBC news on tv would be welcome change from CNN). Spacious bathroom. Well situated for rail and subway systems. A great experience. Thanks.

Reception staff very helpful, careful if one is clausterphobiic, lift is tiny, room very small, smallest bathroom I have ever seen, but clean. On several occasions card didn't work to open the door, long way back to reception from 6th floor in a tiny lift. No extra pillows or blankets in room.

We were there for 3 nights in new year's eve period. Room was at upper floor and was perfect: quite small but nicely furnished, quiet and clean. The hotel is really 50 mt from big train and metro station "Saint Lazar"; 10 minutes walking from La Faiette Grand Magasines and Opera de Paris... location is definitively very good! YES I would return here for a second time

Clean but small single room, very helpful staff, breakfast was a bit overpriced, only major problem was getting a smoking room when I requested non-smoking.

Nice/ ok hotel with v. small room but what a great location. We stayed 2 nights during the world cup. The breakfast the 1st morning was not great (in the cave...boiling hot!) but the staff are genuinely nice and helpful. However the 2nd morning we walked up to Mont martre (about 1.5 kms) and had a delicous breakky in a gorgeous cafe for half the price...

The surrounding of the hotel is simply awful, full of homeless, the room are really small, and the bathroom is like an aeroplane one...if you get in paris, keep away from that hotel...

The highlight is the service here. The staff went out of their way to accomodate me. They even kept my bags in storage for four days while I made a trip back to the US. There is free wireless with good reception in the lobby and in some rooms. The location is great and it's easy to get anywhere via train. One can even walk to the Seine/Louvre/Palais Royal in about 20 minutes. Sure the rooms are small but it's Paris! As for the elevator - be happy there is one!

The Hotel is in a good position, near commercial centre and tube station. Unfortunately rooms are too small, and bed is very small for two adults to sleep in. If I go back to Paris, I think I will look for another stay, even if room was clean.

The smallest room I've ever seen (number 1). The wardrobe door cannot be opened because of the toilet door! I was there in July and the temperature was really hot and in the room I had only an old style fan which definitively was not able to provide any sort of relief. My advice: avoid this if you're a little taller or chubbier than average. However, minibar prices were honest (2.5€ for everything which is, more or less, the same price you can have in bars and brasseries nearby)
