The hotel, location, staff etc. were excellent but the hotel, restaurant, bar etc. was somewhat expensive (even for such a convenient location). The only negative I would comment on was the fact that the hotel cut off the hot water supply one day from 9.00 am until at least 7.30 pm (when I had to go to dinner without a shower). This is not good enough for a 4 star establishment at the prices charged. When I complained at reception I was told it was due to municipal maintenance works and the whole block was affected. However, I wonder why we had no problem having lots of COLD water if this was the case??? Otherwise our group of 3 enjoyed our stay here very much and would certainly recommend the hotel to others.

Reserved a suite and got a noisy room on the second floor. Opened the window and got a large amount of air-conditioningmachines right in front of the window. Never ever there again!

Accommodation in Paris is expensive but the location of the hotel was excellent. The room we had was lovely and roomy and we only had the basic Classic room. The public areas of the hotel were also very welcoming and cosy and the staff were very nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again next time I go to Paris.

Adjacent building was under demolition. First night our room was adjacent to that building. Wake up at 7 am was brutal! We were kindly moved to an other room for the next night.

The only problem I had with the recently very well refurbished room was the lack of hanging / wardrobe space. A stay of longer than a couple of days and a wife who travels with evening dresses would definitely present problems. Otherwise a lovely room, but no restaurant other than a breakfast service (expensive!!)

Our room was old and had an odd smell. The halls had peeling wallpaper, and there were plaster patches all over. The bathroom was brand-new and very pleasant. The TV offered many cable stations that did not work, and the movies did not work at all. Overall, I would stay there again--if the price were much lower.

Very spacious rooms with first class amenities. Excellent location, one block from the Champs de Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe, and 50 yards from the nearest Metro station. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating as well. I did find it strange that there is a substantial, optional charge (46 Euro) to watch television in the room, but I'm not sure if this is typical of Parisien hotels. Overall excellent experience. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Paris.

HOTEL NAPOLEON is one of the great hotels in Paris, the location is very good , the rooms are very high quality with equipped bathrooms and Empire style decoration. Nothing else to say than they have their four stars. The Check-In is a little bit more suspicious than in other hotels but all of us agree that it's necessary. In Conclusion, a nice stay in a nice hotel.
