Hotel Moderne Saint Germain - Paris

Good Clean Modern Hotel, Friendly staff. Excellent Location

We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation, and there was no common area available during the stay.

We stayed in a Double standard, perfect for the price paid. Good info on the web helped us choose what we wanted and we got exactly what we expected: No bad surprices upon arrival.

Good value for money given the location in Paris. Will definitely go back and stay here

There was no door on the cabinet (armoire) which was not really excellent. 12 EUR für a regular breakfast also seems quite expensive.

I was only one night at Hotel Moderene Saint Germain, the room was very clean, quiet and warm. The employees were also very pleasant. The "welcome-smile" at the reception is always to acknowledge. My (short) stay was very good in that place, which is also located very near to the center and to the university area. I did not have breakfast at the Hotel, I think it is cheaper in a Bar outside. To my opinion, the quality/price ratio is also rather high, particularly considering the location of the Hotel. I would certainly recommend this Hotel to everyone.

The room I stayed in was at the front of the hotel, so there was a lot of noise from the road. The decor was in need of some attention and the room had insufficient lighting. The telephone was very old and did not function well. Good location. The breakfast is good and above average, but expensive. Staff were friendly and helpful.
