My reservation was not made in my name but under the global name of 'internet' - it took time for the reception to find me problems with the bathroom - the toilet leaked, the basin was blocked, the towels were old and stiff; no curtains, no bathmat..... the breakfast was terrible - awful coffee, no fruit juices, poor selection of food. I would never go back to this hotel and do not recommend it.

The area nice, I know other people described it as a rough neighbourhood, far from it it was ethnic not rough. Me and my friends loved it when we were walking home we felt really safe. Overall the stay was nice the people were nice.I would go back only thing is i would make the breakfast a bit longer and i would like to check out at 12 instead of 11, but the manager was a bit flexible with the time, maybe im being bias i don't like getting up early lol! overall recommneded

We enjoyed our stay. it was actually much much better than i had expected after reading other reviews. good location. staff helpful. rooms clean. breakfast good. no complaints at all.

Surrondings not got. Did not feel safe, and experienced fighting between blacks. Did expect larger rooms and larger bathroom for this price, and also considering that we were five persons. The hotel room was very tiny. The service for breakfast was good, with friendly attitude. Got mice in the room, which my wife found before we checked out. She gave me a very load scream, which I will late forget ! In general, the hotel was a dissapointment, and I can not recommend this hotel to any families. Regard Thor

Among the 4rooms, mine is the smallest but still acceptable. regret that we cannot stay on the same floor together, althought there is lift available but it is not reaach to 6th floor and you need to move your luggages yrself.

Access to Metro was good. neighborhood not to good but everyone minds there own business. front desk staff very nice.

This hotel should be taken away from the list. It is incredibly poor, the breakfast in a small room, we needed to fight to get a sit, the meal almost nothing. Very poorly clean, the room for 5 people is located underground, it smells, looks like a jail.
