Showers should have shower heads in which you can properly stand under and take a shower. There is an inconsistency between service in the rooms. We stayed in 2 different rooms and they were completely different even though they were the same price. One had a good shower the other had a very inconvenient shower making it difficult to shower. The tubs are narrow so you can't bathe and then the shower head is very low so you can't stand under the shower. There is no curtain only a small glass that doesn't stop the water from going all over the place.

My husband and I were very pleased with the hotel: location, service, breakfast. I had some questions regarding transportation from the airport to the hotel that were answered clearly and with helpful suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. In terms of room spaciousness--our rooms (we stayed at two different times) were adequate. The first was small with a small bathroom, but comfortable and the other was a lovely corner room with a larger bathroom. Take a washcloth, which I always do when visiting Europe, if you like having one.

All in all our stay was pleasent, the rooms were generally clean and tidy, the bathrooms were stocked yet small. The only issue we had was with the hotels chargese, they placed a hold on my credit card when we checked in and did not inform us. When we checked out the hold was not cleared and I had to make three international phone calls to my bank to clear up the issue. The hotel was not helpful in resolving the issue right away and my husband and I had to make multiple phone calls to them.

the room was one of the least expensive ones: -the carpet in the room was full of stains, the rest of the room and the bathroom were clean -there was a constant noise from pluming or some other source -I asked for a wake up call and never got it

Hotel Lenox was really nice, but I think for the price a little breakfast should have been included. It was in a lovely location and we enjoyed our stay here.

Spent 4 nights in this charming, comfortable hotel which is well-placed for sight-seeing in Paris. 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations or the Batobus St. Germain stop. Comfortable rooms and charming staff plus pleasing decor. A bit pricey but worth it overall.

We loved this boutique hotel. Well positioned, friendly, helpful staff who were always attentive. Hotel is situation so that you can walk to many of the famous sites. Some fabulous restaurants 2 streets away that are really well worth trying. Highly recommend this hotel despite small rooms but one doesn't spend too much time in your room in Paris!

Perfect location in St. Germain. Decoration of the rooms very stylish - rooms not spacious, but bath room. Very clean and overall a hidden place to be discovered. Jazz Bar and interior of public areas art-deco style.

The Lenox is a very nice small hotel in a wonderful neighborhood. The room was not large, though the bathroom was! Noise from the bar was evident on Friday night but not others. The bar and reception areas were both quite lovely. We would stay there again.

Hotel was in good condition. No staff was available in the middle of the night to deal with the noise from upstair room.
