The hotel is in pathetic state. old bed sheets that were very very dirty and were not replaced even after request. No provision for tea or coffee in room. very old n dirty carpets. Absolutely horrible experience.

Room too small, no space for hanging clothes so we were forced to keep our clothes in suitcases for 5 days, too soft mattress in the first room, after complaint solved, bathroom not cleaned even once during our stay, receptionists very kind, competent and willing to help. The looks of the room on web and in reality and its size caused disappointment and feeling that we overpaid. We expected more from a 3 star hotel.

Hotel is fine, centrally located with lots of restaurants near-by. thankfully not too noisy as we were staying on high floors. HOWEVER, fundamental flaw with service staff, particularly ONE female front-desk staff who was unreasonably rude and overbearing.Problem started with the booking of cab to CDG airport. as we had quite a lot of luggage, we could not take normal airport transfer. Another staff quoted a rate of 75 Euros for 4 to the airport using small van. However, the next day, she insisted the rate was 95 Euros. when we wanted to verify with the first staff, she refused, and THREATENED that we would NEVER be able to get to the airport without her booking. We found a big sized Opel Zafira cab by the roadside on our own and paid less than 75 Euros for the whole thing!! Not to mention she complained our luggage were too many and blocking the front desk. Such people are not fit to be in the service industry!
