My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Paris. We were only in the hotel in the evenings as we spent our days exploring the city. The accommodation was adequate for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was bright and inviting and the food was delicious. We would recommend this hotel to anyone on a budget who just need a place to wash and sleep comfortably and safely.

Le personnel est très accueillant et en même temps discret. La taille de la chambre était petite, elle était par ailleurs bruyante car située sur la rue principale. Séjour globalement positif

i was there with my daughter and we liked it there! the prices are not high and so i think the quality for the price is absolutely okay. our room was not to the street, so it was very quiet, even we kept the window open during the night. the employees were very helpful. the hotel isn´t just 80 metres away from the metro station, and it is in an nice peaceful area. we absolutely would come again.

Smashing hotel, great value for money, clean, comfortable, maid service and clean towels everyday. Room was quite small but then again how much time are you spending in your room when visiting Paris!! Excellent location, 2 mins from jules joffrin metro station and loads of brilliant cafes around. Australian guy on reception the day we left was really helpful. Would definetly stay here again and have already recommened to friends.

The next time I travel to Paris with a friend I would like to book a (twin)room like Romm Nbr 38 again. It was really comnvenient to have 2 toilets/showers.We saved lots of time in getting ready in the mornings. The location of the hotel is in a safe area and to have the public transport nearby was very convenient. All in all -when I travel to Paris I would come back to Hotel Jardins de Paris Montmartre. My friend and I enjoyed the stay.

HOtel is in a residential neighborhood, not close to any sights but only a few blocks from the Jules Joffrin metro station so it was easy to get around from there, but it is in the far north part of Paris, not as close to Montmartre as we had hoped. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. My French is terrrible but the receptionist and I managed to communicate despite our language barriers. We had a room with a bathroom which I was not expecting but it was great. Hotel has a small elevator, making it easy to get bags up to the upper floors. I recommend the hotel itself, but not a terrific location.

We had been put into "twin" room which appeared to be two separate rooms with tiny connecting hall. Our request to move was well-received and the fact that this room would be noisier pointed out. It was noisier but not amazingly so; it was also more modern and a little more comfortable. Additional charge for breakfast not clear when booking on line and not pointed out until check-out.

The staff were very helpfull, but the language was a problem sometimes. If I might suggest that for the use of visitors with cars, a "prepaired" map, showing directions to the nearby car park would be very usefull. Other than that, most of the staff, most of the time, were extremely courteous and helpfull. I would happily stay here again. The position is perfect.

WALLS VERY THIN, ROOM VERY SMALL (PICTURES NOT REPRESENTATIVE) WAS WARM AND CLEAN AND BASIC, PERFECT IF YOU JUST NEED SOMEWHERE TO SLEEP AND SHOWER.

I think some very basic improvement could be made which obviously means some basic investment. However this improvement is at the level of maintenance. The bathroom had large section of paint peeling from the walls and the toilet seat was permanently wobbly and crooked because of the poor quality of the seat originally put in. Basically, a basic redecorating job (given that the ventilation in the bathroom was otherwise pretty good) could remedy to the problem. Why always think short-term? A solid seat put in once will last a lot longer and ultimately the cost/benefit of the relatively higher expenditure (which is not such a big deal, come on!) would yield longer return and the client be more comfortable. So the 'image' and comfort of the small shower room would really benefit with little effort and expenditure. The linens were clean and the towels changed daily. So a plus on this. However, again, blankets for the beds needed replacing. They were clean but obviously .. they had done their time... and the bed cover was stained though I am sure it was clean. So I think these are important details that makes the difference for the client who does not expect luxury in a hotel of this grading... but THIS makes the difference as compared to hotels of the same grade. The location is good, the underground close-by. The bus line goes straight to 'Etoile/ Arc de Triumphe' and the staff are very friendly. The noise is internal and I am not sure you can remedy to this very easily without major structural work so.... this goes with the weakness of the place and ultimately its grading. However, there is one concern. In the United Kingdom, I am not sure this hotel would pass fire-regulation! If I went back I would specify that I want a room on the lower floors: Ground or first. This building is four storeys or five storeys...I think you should consider this very seriously indeed. Overall the place was adequate for our needs since we wanted a 'base' and we spend a limited time
