Sono stata in quest'hotel dall'11/10/2007 al 16/10/2007. L'impatto non è stato dei migliori. Ambiente vecchio e squallido, ascensore minuscolo (in due ci si sta stretti), scale a chiocciola strette e scomode da percorrere, camera piccola, bagno angusto e vecchio, la tenda della doccia era vecchia e sporca. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo non regge. Abbiam pagato 95€ a notte per una camera doppia, senza colazione, per fortuna, poichè visto l'albergo non avrei consumato lì nemmeno un bicchier d'acqua. La posizione invece era ottima, a due passi dall'arco di trionfo e dagli champs Elyseè. Il giudizio nel complesso è negativo, vi consiglio di andare altrove.

The location of the hotel is very good. Near Arc de Trioumphe and Champs Elysees and you 20-25 minutes to Eiffel. Metro is near, bars, restourants are near, some small shops to buy fruits and water. Very comfotable to come from C.d.Gaulle airport with AirFrance bus shuttle. Price for returned tickets 20 EUR (august 2007). Just 35-40 minutes and you are near Arc de Triumphe and hotel is just 400-500 meter far from. Very comfortable was to walk in the late evening, becouse you always can come to hotel by foot. Rooms are simple and need renovations, but is that very important, if you are in the most romantic city in the world? :) For us was important to have good location, good price and bed with shower. That exactly,what we have got.

This hotel needs urgently a complete renovation. Everything is old, overused and in a very poor condition: wallpaper, doors, carpets, sanitary facilities, extreme unpleasant smell in the bathroom (sewage I guess). Nothing has been done in the past 30 years. It's a pity by the very good location. The rate of 88 € per night might low for parisian standards but is still much too high for such a low level of comfort. And the breakfast is for 9 EUR an impertinence.

this is the worst hotel i have ever booked with venere. the pictures bear no resemblance to the place. The corridors and stairs were filthy. Breakfast is a joke.The whole place smelled of damp and is extemely run down.

Great location 5-min walk from Arc de Triomphe. Good price for the area. Staff speaks some English, but communication much better if you speak/understand French. Bring earplugs!!

Small and cramped room but more than sufficient for a single night. Very good local facilities, superb eating within very easy walking distance, as are all the major tourist sites. The reception staff are most helpfull in their dealing with foreign visitors.

Neighborhood was safe and the Metro is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel is alright. It was the best deal that I could find for under USD$100/night, and is ideal for someone who is on budget travel. Its probably much better thatn your average youth hostel. But if I were going with my wife or family, maybe I would consider spending a little more money and enjoying more comfort. NOTE: The areas south & north of the Notre Dame are the most beautiful areas to stay at. (Latin Quarter & Les Marais)

The photos at the web page of the hotel have nothing to do with the reality. the rooms are extremely small, the walls are almost falling. Very poor.

How to reach Hotel Hidden

By car
Coming from all directions on the ring road, exit at Paris centre. Follow the indications to the Arc de Triomphe. On Avenue des Ternes, turn into Avenue Niel, and make a left into Rue des Acacias. You will find the property on Rue de l'Arc de Triomphe.

By train
From all Parisian railway stations, take the subway or the bus and follow instructions below.

By public transportation
Take the subway line 1, 2 or 6 and get off at the Charles de Gaulle -Etoile stop, then take the wxit no. 4 Avenue Carnot.
You can also take the bus lines no. 43 or 93 and get off at the Ternes stop.

By airplane
From the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports, take the RER B line towards the city centre, and get off at Gare du Nord station. Then change to underground line 2 until Ternes.
You can also take the Shuttle bus Air France no. 1 Etoile from Orly Airport and get off at Avenue Carnot stop. From Roissy-Charles de Gaulle Airport take the shuttle bus Air France no. 2 and get off at the Avenue Carnot stop.
