Perfect location with many great restaurants in short walking distance, close metro stops, right off the Champs-Elysees with great shopping and cafes. The room was very spacious for Paris standards, actually for many standards with a VERY large bathroom and two comfortable twin beds...thankfully it was quiet too, no street noise. Wi-fi in the room, and a welcoming and helpful front desk staff....have been to paris several times and I will definitely stay here again, it was perfect!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a junior suite because we needed a room for three. The room was spacious and had a great bathroom. We skipped the buffet to experience pastries made in France. The buffet did not have much appeal to us. Hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Arc, Eiffel Tower, shopping, lots of restruants and museums.

My wife is ready to return "tomorrow". Good location, room extremely quiet, personnel friendly, competent and helpful. Prices high but so is all of Europe with current exchange rate.

This was my second visit at the Franklin Roosevelt I sure will choose this hotel again on any given occasion.The location is perfect, the staff excellent and very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable. Not a low budget hotel, but you do get something for your money.

The hotel offers accommodation in elegant and finely furnished single standard, single superior, double standard, double superior and triple bedrooms, each coming with ensuite bathroom with bathtub or shower and hairdryer. All of the rooms are furthermore equipped with direct dial phone, individually controlled air conditioning, free Wi-Fi Internet access, desk, safe, mini bar, modem plug, double glazed windows, heating and satellite TV. Ironing facilities and baby cots are available on request. You can ask for non-smoking rooms and one room is specially equipped to accommodate disabled guests. Some rooms have a small balcony.
