Location was great! The staff was pleasant. The room was what I expected for Europe but the shower was very small and the hand held shower head did not spray. It had minimal flow. The water was hot though. The bathroom didn't smell very good initially but got better after we opened the window.

Our price included a double room, internet, and air conditioning. The double room was two separate single beds. The air conditioning did not work and the response from the desk was that it was only a problem in our room and would work on medium but not high (did not work on either). The internet did not work on 2 of the 4 days (the hotel's password had expired for the month on one of the days, the hotel was unable to connect to the server on the other). The response on all the issues from the front desk was to smile and say there was no problem.

The hotel is located near some of the main Parisian attractions, but our room was small and stinky. This was a smoking room and for some reason we ended up in it. Other than that, I have no complaints.

There were super and a laundry and a station of the metro near the hotel. It was very convenient. I went to the Eiffel Tower at night, but was good because I was able to come back on foot. A bathroom was large and clean.

we were staying at the hotel thursday to monday and had a great stay. the breakfast was amazing, i'm very pleased with that and the staff was great. the room was very clean but it smelled freshly painted. we had our windows open so it didin't bother us too much. we had a LCD-tv in the room, a minibar, hairdryer and clean towels everyd day. the hotel was exactly as the pictures on the webside showed. The location is within walking distance to shops, café, restaurants, Eiffel tower and Champs-Elysées. i would recommend this hotel to everyone. If we're ever in Paris again, we'll stay at Floride Etoile

The place is great! Room is just right for us as a couple, yet very neat and clean. Price reasonable considering its accessibility to the famous landmarks (Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe etc.) and with complimentary breakfast. And if you would like to explore the city more, take the red bus. Definitely worth it!

I asked for hot water each day I lived there. In the first day, they provided the water after my calling them twice. In the second day, they didn't provide me the hot water.

We had a most enjoyable weekend in Paris and the positioning of the Hotel was perfect. Easy walking distance to the Champs Elysees, etc. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel. Excellent value for money. Restaurant Saveur, almost opposite, a good meal and easy to get to !

The front desk staff were very helpful- they helped us arrange transportation to the airport and volunteered to follow up when the shuttle was late: the clerk said "I'll feel better if we phone". They were also multi-lingual.

A very well located hotel only a few minutes walk from the metro and 10 mins from the Trocadero and the Arc de Triomphe. Although the room was small, everything was very clean. There are a few restaurants in the area but none are exceptional. We would certainly stay at the hotel again. It is good value.

The hotel was clean and nice, location was perfect, close to L'arc du Triomphe. Also, the personnel was friendly and very helpful at any time. The elevator was a little bit too small but worked just fine.

The hotel is small and friendly, its location makes it perfect as a base to tour the city (the open top bus tour starts a short 5 min walk from the hotel)If you like your sleep however then this is not the hotel for you, you will hear the people in the next room and the refuse collection will start about 7am (6am my body clock. The room was good value for money but not suitable for a romantic weekend away, she wont be impressed with the size.

The rooms were small, but they were clean. Walls very thin, could hear next door opening safe. But staff were very friendly and helpful & the hotel was really central, between Arc de Triomphe & Eiffel Tower. Would recommend getting directons from nearest metro stop, Boissiere.

2 small problems with the room. A red sodium streetlight shone directly into the room and around the drawn curtains. The streetlight is positioned directly across from room 203. Between 6am and 7am there was noise from the street adjacent to the room. Bin collecting and then work starting up across the road, including a pungent smell of asphalte (I assume this last problem is temporary!) The room was fine, even though it was not as large as the 'double room' shown on the web page for the hotel

I was in August and I got as I asked room of non smokers and room with aircondition. The staff was great: polite, very known English. The place of the hotel is great: near to 2 Metro stations (3 minutes) and very close to Aiffel tower (5 minutes by walking). Bottom line: excelent hotel!

Room was clean and nicely decorated for the small size. There was little to no sound-proofing between rooms, but fortunately there were no 'all-night' parties going on, so I slept well. / I returned one evening to find that items in my make-up bag were broken, so either it fell off the bathroom shelf by itself (which I doubt) or it was inadvertently knocked off by housekeeping (the shelves are very narrow). I didn't report it to reception as I did not wish to get anyone in trouble, as I'm sure it was an accident. / The gentleman at the front desk on Monday the 21st May was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help locate the name and address of a store I was looking for. / The mention on the web site of shuttle service to/from the airport was inaccurate. I called prior to my visit to confirm this, and they said they only provided service for departure and not arrival. On the day of departure I discovered that they don't provide any type of shuttle service at all... they will call a shuttle service for you and you must pay for it. Not knowing this until the day of my departure, the shuttle services they normally use were booked and they had to call a taxi for me. I had not planned to pay for this service, so we had to find a taxi that accepted credit card. I watched the meter diligently on the trip to the airport, but when the taxi man prepared the payment receipt he added €10 onto the bill. If I'd known in advance that the hotel did not provide shuttle service I would have pre-arranged with the same shuttle service I had used upon arrival and saved quite a bit of money.

Pleasant little room, recently decorated to a good standard. Room was very well cleaned every day. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The streets around were quiet but the neighbouring rooms were quite noisy - kids running around, people arguing and making love -soundproofing between rooms could be improved a bit, perhaps. We only had breakfast in the hotel twice in our seven day stay: unexceptional but better value for money than the cafes on nearby Rue Kleber.

I rate 8 to the relationship between price/quality?, 9 to the Competence of employees and 10 to the welcomming. but the Room smels a lot of cigarrete smoke when I arrived 1st day. Very well located beetwin the Eiffel tower and plce.Charles de Gaule in genneraly it was very good

Hotel staff was extremely helpful with all of our questions about transport, directions and other things. That makes a huge difference in the enjoyment of a trip! Also hotel location is a few blocks from Trocadero, the prime viewing spot for the Eiffel Tower and many cafes.

Our stay at Floride Etoile was excellent. Great location!!! Just 5 min from Trocadero and 10 min from Champs Elysée and one supermarket in the same street. Very clean and spacious (for Paris standards) rooms. The staff is very friendly and speak english. Great price/quality relation for a good vacation in Paris.

Rooms are small, but very clean. The hotel is in a quiet side street right between Arc de Triomphe and Trocadero. A supermarket is in the same block and you get the best croissants at a café just around the corner. The only noise came from neighbours with a baby, since the doors seem to be quite thin. I'd stay there again any time.

The hotel is very nice but the rooms are much too small. I have lived and stayed in Europe/Paris and still find these accomodations quite small
