Hotel Exelmans - Paris

When i have problem, they resolved it quickly.

La camera era senza riscaldamento ed era freddissima, il bagno grande, ma orrendo e la moquette vecchia e sporca. L'hotel si trova vicino alla metro e un supermercato, ma abbastanza lontano dal centro. The room doesn't have heating, the bathroom is big, but horrible and the moquette was old and dirty. The hotel is near to a supermarket and to the underground, but it's far enough from downtown.

Chambre sale, délabrée, limite insalubre

Hôtel sympathique, avec un certain cachet (poutres au plafond, jolie cour intérieure) ; toutefois les chambres sont très petites et étouffantes dès que la température monte un peu (+25°). Le personnel est très accueillant et professionnel. Pas de WIFI dans les chambres !

Hotel Exelmans was a very nice hotel, but the room was well not quite what I had expected. The employees were wonderful and very very very helpful so I would stay there again, but if I had more money I would stay somewhere else! It was right next to the metro which worked out wonderfully! If you can pay to stay in the heart of Paris then go for it but if you cannot Hotel Exelmans is a good spot!

Only two rooms at the announced price in this hotel. Furniture was old bathroom very small and in bad shape.

L'hôtel est vraiment dans un état lamentable par rapport aux hôtels Kyriad ou Ibis du même prix. De la moisissure est présente dans la douche avec son parfum vivifiant... La couverture du lit ne doit plus se rappeler de la machine à laver... J'ai moi même installé les chaînes sur la télévision! Les autres hôtels du même prix, eux, sont très propres, avec une sale de bain digne de ce nom, une literie agréable, la climatisation, écran plat avec la TNT, bouilloire électrique avec thé, café.... Pour conclure, j'ai déconseillé cet hôtel à plusieurs de mes amis qui auraient du y passé plusieurs nuit.

We stayed at the room No.1. This room was not so clean nor spacious.And we stayed at the room No.14 about 1 week after at the same price. We found No.14 very clean and spacious. The difference between these two is big enough.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation et cela est fort désagréable.

Quiet disappointed about the rooms: They are clean, but they need to be refurbished. The carpets are old, the wall paper is very old and sometimes blurry. I couldnt open the wardrobe, the articulation has been pulled out. And in the bathroom, some of the tiles have been broken off. But the employees are very nice and helpful, and the breakfast is much more better than the rooms, with Müsli, cheese, bread croissants and so on.

Das Hotelzimmer war spitze: Sauber, geräumig, großes Bett, Schreibtisch, das Bad ganz neu gefliest. Auch der Empfangsraum und der Garten waren wie auf den Bilden im Internet. Allerdings war im Flur ein großes Loch im Boden und aus den Decken im Flur hingen sämtliche Kabel. Das Personal war freundlich und man hat eine super Busverbindung zum Eiffelturm, die Lage ist spitze. Nachts war es etwas laut, aber Paris ist nunmal eine Großstadt.

Albergo silenzioso in un quartiere residenziale di parigi. comodo al bus e alla metropolitana; occorre un pò di tempo per raggiungere il centro. La colazione non é inclusa, costa 8 euro e il buffet non é ricchissimo, ma è comoda prima di partire per le visite. Non c'é ascensore, noi eravamo al secondo piano ed era faticoso con i bagagli. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, si dorme bene e alla sera la zona é buona, ma se volete cenare nei dintorni non c'è molto

The room itself was in need of refurbishment. There was a large hole in the corner of the floor, where some pipework entered the room. The bathroom was rather basic and the carpet was rather grubby. Still, the room only cost 55 Euro per night, so I don't know what I was expecting, perhaps something rather cleaner and more comfortable.

The hotel made a worn down impression. The rooms are only accessible through steep chairs and narrow corridors, no elevator. My room had an unpleasant smell. No shampoo in the bathroom, no place to put the soap in the shower, no remote control for the TV. All in all at the lower end of a ** hotel. The low Venere price compensated somewhat, but even so I would have difficulties to recommend the hotel for business or leisure stay.

Really hot. Fans would be nice, but that wasn't necessarily your problem.
