Basic hotel but very friendly english speaking staff. Great neighborhood with many small restaurants and bars. Easy to reach by metro

Nightmare. Worst bed I've ever slept on: hard as a rock. Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Starting at 6am, I heard every conversation, every toilet flush, every slammed door, every complaint, every elevator ride as if it were happening in my own room. It was so noisy that after the first two nights I switched to another hotel. It's only advantage is how close it is to a fun area of Paris, but other than that, completely not worth it. I promise you can find a better deal in Paris for this price.

The customer service is pretty good. Parking cost 19 euro per day with discount, which is still good price. We like the price and location. The room is small, but it is acceptable. We will go back again.

Very friendly service. The staff was patient with us with the language barrier. Location was close to Metro and a busy street for picking up a Taxi. We felt safe walking around in the area the Hotel was located. Many good places to eat within easy walking distance. We had a great time doing a nice mix of sight seeing and just taking it easy. It was a family vacation with our two adult children. The actual room that the beds were in was very small but the bathroom was very spacious. It all worked out fine. Perhaps this is the norm in an older building in Paris like the D'Enghien is. Thanks for the nice time!

The hotel was generally nice in a comfortable position, but with small rooms. What I mostly like was the receptionist, who was very polite and willing to help. It was my first time I stayed there and I would suggest it, if someone doesn't mind the space of the rooms.

The Hotel was very nice and quiet. The price was very good for a stay for four. It was great for a place to rest and spend your day enjoying Paris. parking was tough, although the hotel offered discounted parking I was charged for full extra day's fee for 20 minutes over by the parking attendants. The Hotel was very close to the Metro lines and made access easy to see all the sights. The closest Metro station (Bonne-Neuvelle) does not have a ticket attendant and you need to walk one station in either direction to obtain an all day metro pass. Other stations are about 3-4 blocks away. The hotel elevator is small and the stairs are difficult to maneuver with luggage.

Good hotel, clean, good/central location, near all transport. Busy and lively area but street and room (cour)/hotel were quiet. Good choice compared to similar hotels of this price (especially promotion rate)

Very small room on a narrow, though very loud street. Triple room had two twin beds plus a rollaway as the third, which was not expected.

My fiancée and I checked other reviews of this hotel online and some people had complained that the staff weren’t particularly helpful, we found that the staff went out of their way to give us excellent advice on where to eat and how to get around Paris. The location of the hotel was not far from the metro station and the room though small was spotless and really nice I would definitely stay there again as I really enjoyed the price, location and friendliness of the staff at the Hotel D'Enghien

Don't waist the 6 euro for breakfast. The only redeeming thing for this hotel was the location which is close to two metro stops and lots of restuarants and shops. It's very run down and the pictures on the internet don't give the whole truth.

Hotel semplice, con stanze abbastanza ampie e arredate in modo essenziale , molto pulito e ben collegato (fermata metro Bonne Nouvelle a circa 200 mt).Personale cortese e disponibile. La colazione, non abbondantissima, si paga a parte (Euro 6). Per chi non ha troppe pretese, secondo me, va benissimo.

We were not sure what to expect because the price was so reasonable. We were wonderfully surprised. There were 8 people in our party. Our rooms were clean, nice big bathrooms and we had a wonderful view out the window. It was so easy to get around and there were allot of places to eat around there. My family and I have been to Paris many times and have stayed at more expensive hotels and at youth hostels. I felt like we got a wonderful hotel on a youth hostel price. It was one of the highlight of our trip to Paris. Thank you to the staff at Hotel D'Enghien.

Hotel pulito, in posizione abbastanza centrale. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Indicato per soggiorni brevi visto che le camere sono piccole.

Thought we were getting adjoining rooms but they were two rooms opposite each other at the end of a corridor with no other rooms on it. OK as our children were old enough to be on their own. Overall hotel could do with a little work but it met our needs well. Location is a little off of one of the main boulevards, which suited us well. For meals etc. turn right on the main road - left is a little down market. Car parking was 15 euro/day - we had expected 12 euro but it was safe & secure - be sure to get your voucher for the discount from the hotel (normal rates 25 euro/day). Car park doesn't accept GB cards - so you will need cash. I would use them again.
