The good point of this hotel is very nice location near the Tower Eiffel and Metro station. It is the reason that I selected this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel for elder people because the room and corridor is quite narrow. But young people may feel it to be good. Guests can use free Wi-Fi in the hotel, and the room is cool and clean, not noisy. If I can get chance to stay at this hotel again, maybe I will do so.

Basic rooms are extemely small. We had rooms 201 and 202. The floor space consisted of approx 18 inches surrounding the bed. Not feasible for 2 persons. No place for luggage and overlooked unattractive courtyard. Although close to Eiffel Tower and across from metro stop, the immediate area has an industrial feel. It is an elevated metro stop rising 3 or 4 stories, so it blocks views to the front. I am not sure that any rooms in this hotel have decent views. On the positive side the fit and finish of the hotel was very nice. However I would not stay here again. As a matter of fact, we left after one night and had to pay for the second night because we did not cancel in time. It would have been nice if the management had waived the second night due to the fact that we found the room to be unusable. We asked if we could be upgraded to a bigger room (at additional cost) but nothing was available.

The hotel was even better than I expected; modern, excellent atmosphere, outstanding reception staff, and tasteful decor. Value for the money plus! Location was wonderful, and with the great hotel and wonderful staff, it could not have been a better trip. I will return again.

I went there for my 1st Wedding Anniversary and couldn't have been more pleased. It is a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and across the street is a Metro stop that is 2 or 3 stops from the Champs-Elysees. Staff was helpful and even suggested an excellent restaurant to go for the actual evening of our anniversary and it was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

This was my first time in paris. The location of the hotel is quite close to eiffel tower and there is a metro station right outside the hotel. there are cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The only downside is the size of the room (Very Small). I'm quite big and its kinda hard to move around in the room, luckily my wife is quite petite. The lady at the front office is quite nice and helpful, she gave me a free upgrade (according to her) because my room wasn't ready. And she was very helpfull when there is a problem with the wifi connection. Over all its good place to stay

Nice small hotel with warm and friendly service. Excellent breakfast menu. Small room with balcony but no view (would have preferred a view to the Eiffel Tower) but this was just as expected.

Very pleasant hotel, my husband and i booked for one night but it was so romantic that we decided to stay one more night. The hotel is just next to the eiffel tower, we visited The center of Paris by foot, and it was really cool!!!

Our room, for an adult and elderly parent, was thoughtfully chosen for us on the rez de chausee and amply accomodated us and our mobility aids. Initially made up with a single large bed (due to double vs twin bed request misunderstanding), hotel staff quickly and graciously rectified the error. The hotel is quiet and well maintained, situated perfectly for walking and metro; ample street parking and easy access to and from peripherique.

Overall the hotel was great. We had 2 single beds in a superior rated room. The only negative was a very nasty person at the front desk(night shift) The rest of the staff was very nice. Don't know why, but he sure had a bad attitude. Location was great. So close to the Eiffel Tower!

The location is fab and the art nouveau decor stunning while the service was the best I've ever experienced in Paris - all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and really made our stay. Having experienced this, I never want to stay anywhere else in Paris!

We enjoyed the stay at the Eiffel Seine. The location was outstanding. As seen in other reviews, the room was quite small. I can't comment on the breakfast as it was too expensive for us to eat there. We found a supermarket about two blocks away and brought food back to our room and ate better for far less money. The staff was very cordial and accomodating. The room was quiet and very clean. We would stay here again.

We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The location was very good for everything we were doing on our visit. It was also very convernient for the children when they were out on their own. ie right opposite a metro station.

A lovely hotel in a very good location and ideal for the metro. Our room was spotlessly clean with lovely crisp cotton bed linen and large fluffy towels. Bed was huge and very comfortable with plenty of pillows. For Paris the room was a good size. The staff (with the exception of the person on night duty) were all very welcoming and helpful. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but there are plenty of nearby cafes to choose from. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is perfectly situated across the street from the Metro and a couple of blocks from the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly, spoke very good english and were always willing to help. The elevator is very small as is the stairway but that is to be expected. The standard room is also very small, but the club and superior rooms are roomy compared to what I expected to get in Paris (things are small by US standards). The breakfast was fine, continental style and the same things every day, but the food was good. It was convenient if you are in a hurry. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

It was better than we expected. The room was small but adequate, clean and modern. The trains were handy. There was some noise but the window was very effective at keeping most noise out. We had a room with a view of the Seine. Breakfast was perfect. Service was excellent.

We had an excellent stay for 5 nights in Paris at the Eiffel Seine. It's located across the street at the Bir Haikim/Champs du Mars Metro stop on the Seine, and yes, literally a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower (which we walked to every night at 11pm to see it's hourly evening 10 minute Twinkle.)Location is fabulous. We are a family of 5 on a budget- 2 parents, 2 college kids, and a 13 year old son. We had a double and a triple. The double was small, but both rooms sparkled and had the usual 3 star amenities. I loved the decor. It's just been remodeled, so it's like a new hotel. We did not opt for the breakfast. There are many cafes bakeries, and markets in the area. Bakeries and Monoprix are easier on the wallet The staff was excellent and helpful. Our daughter speaks French , but they speak English. Our feeble attempts at Bon Jour, Bon Soir, and Merci went a long way there and in Paris in general. We loved Hervee, the night concierge who had coffee for the adults and juice for our 13 year old at 4:45am as we awaited our punctual airport shuttle which the friendly, competent morning concierge had arranged for us. We'd definitely stay there again. We hope it's soon! Merci.
