My husband and I along with my mom and grandmother stayed here in fall. Their room was much better than ours, except it faced a busy street and metro tracks. Our room was a joke. The bed was low to the ground and the mattress was horrible. I was so sore in the mornings. The bathroom was pretty funny. You'd hit your head on the toilet paper holder while on the toilet if you weren't careful. The shower had a make-shift shower curtain holder attached to the ceiling. There was a chair and a little table and the awful bed. That's it. One night, the power went out really late at night on the entire floor. It took awhile to sort out. Seems one of our rooms was the only one after the circuit breaker fix that wasn't up and running. I think there was a short in the bedside light. We paid about 90 euros per room per night. It was NOT worth the money. HOWEVER, this is Paris and that was about the cheapest you could get a room for that's within walking distance (15 minutes) to the Eifel Tower. I felt safe enough. No complaints. There were a couple of bakeries within 5 minutes walking and a fancy little cheese shop right across the street. We were directly across the street from a tram stop. The parking garage was down the street, so not too convenient. It worked out fine. Besides, where can you park in Paris? It was 10-15 euros a night. Comfort-wise, this place gets a 2. (Only because we had a roof over our heads and an in-room bathroom) Our room was RIGHT across from the elevator (hall width = 3-4 feet). It was an old elevator and the door banged shut. It woke me up every time a person came up to the floor. If you want a cheap room (by Paris standards) in the city with absolutely no frills or comforts, this is your place. I suggest you bring an extra pillow. For our budget with 4 people, we were okay with this. For my next trip I'll try to save up a few euros to stay somewhere a little more comfortable. You can't beat the location

The map of hotel is very well but when you get there you will see the truth. The surroundind hotels is very good , near the metro and is in the heart of Paris. Remember that if you cannot flush the toilet, you must ask the maid to fix it. the best of this hotel is only the surrounding.
