El Hotel cumple todos los requisitos imprescindibles en un viaje turístico a París, perfecta situación, transporte público, restaurantes y comercio a los alrededores. En general el hotel corresponde a su catégoría salvo en el tamaño de la habitación.

My wife and I stayed in a deluxe room 16th to 18th of January. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooms, maybe they could have been little bit more soundproofed and the breakfast more to choose from. In total a very good hotel that we can recommend.

I was really very happy, since instead of standard single room I was given a huge suite taht was really fantastic!

Very smelly room with spotted carpet and old furniture. It's fine if you get a special rate, crazy if you pay full price. Mini bar and breakfast are unaffordable

I booked this hotel in connection with a conference I was attending at another hotel, which was fully booked. It turned out to be one of the biggest and most charming rooms I've had in Paris for the price. However, it was November, so it appears the rates were low, because I have subsequently looked at this hotel on Venere and it was much more expensive. Anyway, it was a very spacious room with a very nice bathroom. The hotel is nondescript from the street (Avenue de l'Opera), but the lobby is attractive. It is a very short walk from the Opera metro stop. The staff were friendly, but they could not help me when the internet access did not work. As I was traveling on business, the non-functioning internet was not ideal, but not the end of the world as I did get internet access at the conference.

We booked a deluxe room for our weekend in Paris, and it was worth it. Excellent size with balcony and views over the Opéra. The staff were excellent throughout, and made a great restaurant recommendation when we arrived late and hungry on Friday night - the Grand Café des Capucins. All in all, a fantastic weekend in a great and prestigious location. Worth every penny. We didn't breakfast at the hotel, at 23 Euros a head. There's a great café just over the road!

caro ma soprattutto troppo rumoroso per un albergo 4 stelle !

Excellent choice of hotel in an ideal location. Property is maintained to a high standard and staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast was not included in price and would cost €23 each per day. We did not avail of this as there are many lovely cafés nearby at more reasonable rates. This adds to the Paris experience! The Roissybus from C de G Airport stops at The Opera ( only a few minutes walk) and collects you again for return and is a lot cheaper than getting Taxis. A tour of The Opera is very worthwhile when you are here. This hotel may be more expensive than some other ones in Paris but you can travel with an easy mind. I would highly recommend.

Good Location. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Room size was not bad by European standards. Prices are a little high. Be careful of buffet, had orange juice and coffee for two people at 23 euros per person.

Stunning room and location. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty to assist. I had a medical problem whilst there and had received a letter written in French, one of the staff willingly translated it for me and would not accept payment for her time - thank you. I would stay there again.

It's a lovely hotel, we stayed on the 6th floor and in the morning we heard banging from construction close by. I loved the bathroom. It is nice and roomy. Watch your bill, I paid for breakfast for two days, we only had breakfast for one day but got charged for two days. Question your bill before you pay. I could have saved 23.00 euros. Overall, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a pleasant and superbly located hotel with competent, friendly and well trained staff. Plenty of English speakers as well. Our only criticism was that we were put in two rooms on the top floor. Because the roof curves at that point the windows were smaller than elsewhere, giving an impression of a small and dark room. In fact the rooms were of a good size and well kitted out. Even better, the air conditioning worked well. Anywhere in Paris can be noisy and this was no exception. Overall I would recommend this hotel highly and this is from someone with a hotel background who knows Paris hotels well.

What a find! Unbeatable location, friendly, helpful staff, beautiful decor - the whole caboodle. Rarely have we enjoyed staying in a Paris hotel as much as we enjoyed staying here. The hotel's restaurant, Angl'Opera, was also wonderful with delicious, creative French cuisine. The Edouard VII is an absolute must when visiting this city
