The only good things are location and welcoming staff. Everything else is required immediate renovation. I am not very picky person but it was just too much. BED SIZE - appr. 1.40x1.85 so it is really small. Mattress is dirty, quality (comfort)surprisingly ok. FURNITURE/UPHOLSTERY - all finishes, fabrics as well as carpet are completely worn out, the wardrobe was falling apart and unbelievably dirty inside. DESIGN in general - outdated, smth from 1980. SOUNDPROOF - forget about it. I wouldn't recommend to stay in this hotel.

Infrequentabile d'estate.

The room is small and a little dated. But the bathroom is new and it's big and clean. The location of this hotel is good for tourist. It's convenient to find the Metro, the emporium and the showplace.

It's good to stay just for a few days. The room could be a little noise.

I don't think that this hotel has 3 stars..!! The location is very good though, the hotel rooms, bed linens, amenity goods are not clean.. I felt the price is too expensive for this room.. Besides, breakfast costed 10 euros each! The site showed its including!

Spent a weekend in Paris with my wife and we were quite disappointed with this hotel. The room was old, dark, very small and whith a lousy TV! It felt like nothing had been done to that room in 30 years. It was also a bit more expensive than the hotels we normally stay at in Paris. So my advice is: try another one.

Th room was dirty. The curtains were falling apart. The wall paper was not only oldfashionned... but ugly! The chair was broken. The TV was old and very small. But the bathroom was spacious and fairly new. AND the WiFi connection was not available as advertised.

it was a short holiday. The location was excellent as many of the sights were actually within walkingdistance. There is an exellect coffe shop round the corner which we found very convenient as we did not bool breakfats at teh hotel. Te metro is only two minutes away.

Perfect location. If you are looking for a short term hotel room in the heart of Paris, close to the metro and in a walking distance to the most of sights - that is what you want.

5 notti e nemmeno un cambio di lenzuola...

We stayed in a 3 bed room and it was a bit tight at times. Breakfast is extra and pricy for what you get as is typical of most places you eat in Paris. The staff did not offer to help us when we needed to book our fight seats via the internet. Internet cafes are rare in Paris. Hotel is close to metro station. Department shopping stores are at the end of the street. There are not many restaurants to choose from in the area. The bar next door charged us 3 euros extra per cup of coffee for sitting down. Watch him. There are sex shops near the hotel but they are discrete. Late at night, males might be approached by women looking for business.

Triple room was quite small and bathroom absoutely tiny. Fantastic location pretty much made up for the cramped room though- within 15 minutes walking distance of just about everything (Louvre, Palais Royale, Champs de Elysee etc) & if you didn't feel like venturing far there was the most brilliant little wine bar/restaurant about 20m down the road.

The rooms are no where near as nice as they look in the pictures. Carpet was old & in need of a serious cleaning. Even the non-smoking room had been smoked in. The room was pretty big for a Paris hotel. All three people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly.
Estonia, May 2007
The hotel has a good location in the very heart of the city: it is easy to come to rest and then go back to the tour... Who is interested in shopping it might be a very good choice also. I personally slept like a baby, no noice from the streets. The minus could be that it is not a romantic area of Paris, hard to find any boulangerie for the morning coffee...

I liked the hotel as the location is very good in the city centre. It's only 3 minutes to one of the main métro stations, and there are some nice bistro/restaurants and shops nearby. I came to the hotel the second time and would come back.

Ireland, Oct 2006
The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. However, the room, while clean, was shabby with torn bedlinen. Due to the proximity of the rooms my sleep was disturbed by the snoring of the guest in the next room. Although the room was a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the building. Cleaning staff were sitting chatting and smoking in the breakfast area during the day and the smell of cigarette smoke lingers constantly throughout the hotel. The hotel is not suited to non-smoking guests. The location is central although the area is not correctly described on the website and the type of shop in the area is deliberately omitted - for obvious reasons. Unfortunately I will seek other accommodation when I return to Paris.
