Terrible. The elevator did not work our entire stay. We were on the 3rd (really 4th floor). The hotel was generally old and dreary. Hotel food services basically non-existent. No sound proofing. No air conditioner. Seemed more like what I imagine a hostel to be. Some residents seemed permanent.

All the staff were absolutely excellent - courteous, welcoming, helpful, friendly - we really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and the use of the garden.

Lovely friendly owners who welcome you as if to their home. Room was lovely. The area is a bit seedy, but we expected that. The local shop owners were very friendly as well and we found plenty of fabulous restaurants and shops nearby. We would recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

This hotel suited our needs/price range. It was basic, but clean with good shower. The location was only 5 minute walk to Moulin Rouge. Good area with lots of restaurants, foodies shops etc. We were there in November getting hop-on-off bus not too frequent and long journey to get to other tourist places like Louvre, Eiffel Tower etc..

BUDGET ACCOMMODATION IN THE HEART OF PARIS! We chose this hotel purely on price and location for a sight-seeing city break. The location was superb and the instructions given to reach the hotel were excellent - very close to the metro which gave us almost instant access to anywhere in Paris and is only a very short (but very up-hill!) walk from Sacre Coeur. If you are in Paris for the sights then make sure you get the metro/rail/bus card - it not only gets you everywhere but also gives you discounts on a variety of things so is well worth it! Plenty of places to eat and watch the world go by very close to the hotel and we were quite happy with all of them - particular recommendation is Lux Bar just around the corner if you want a drink in a lively bar! The hotel was much as we expected given the price - the room was small but clean and comfortable. We did miss having tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and it would have been nice to have a bracket on the wall for the shower instead of having to sit in the bath and hose yourself down! However all the staff we met were hospitable and very helpful and we were made to feel welcome. We stayed on a room only basis so didn't have breakfast there so no comment available on that I'm afraid! Overall we were quite happy with the hotel and would use it again mainly due to it's location. If you are looking for basic accommodation with easy access to all the sights of Paris then Hotel du Mouin fits the bill!

Real value for money! Helpful and always smiling staff, small but clean rooms, good bed. Nice little garden on the back to eat breakfast. Excellent location, near charming Montmartre and metro.

Run by a Korean family who were very friendly and welcoming. They also spoke some English and nothing was a problem for them. Could not have been more hospitable. There is sometimes A korean breakfast option but unfortunately not on the day we were there. Great location in Montmarte next to lots of cafes and shops, but in a quiet street. Easy to find, just 3 minutes walk from Blanche Metro. Rooms are small as always in Paris, but clean and quiet and had TV. Definitely recomended! There is also an African (Togolese) restaurant next door which looked great, but we didn't have time.

A very nice place to stay in Paris.Pleasant staff and clean rooms.Rooms are small, but again it is Paris.Rooms are fairly quiet, when you have windows closed at night. And you can get a southkorean breakfast if you can take your hands off the croissant.I did! Have fun in Paris!

Very nice and clean, very cheap for the average Paris rates; subway very close and nice surroundings, our room was on the 3rd floor with a view on the garden, not the best because of a big building right in front of our window, but very silent at night considering the Montmartre nightlife. We would definitely come back!

This was our first visit to Paris. We stayed for 3 nights in 2 rooms. This hotel is great for the price. The rooms were clean, newly renovated and failry quiet. Our room had a nice view of the garden courtyard. This hotel is a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro. The neighborhood is very nice with many small shops, fruit stands, cafes and restaurants. The hotel is far enough from the center of Paris to be quiet, but not so far as to be bothersome to travel to. I would stay here again when I visit Paris.

One of the most friendly hotels that I have ever stayed in. Maybe not the most luxurious, but that's not what I was looking for. The room in the courtyard garden was already nice in the winter. It must be great in the spring and summer.
