Hôtel du Château - La Défense, Paris

Excellent location if you need to reach the business district in La Défense.Staff is helpful and polite. Rooms are average but fairly clean and comfortable (except for the pillows that will give you a stiff neck!). Would not recommend a long stay, but it's excellent value for money (75 eur/night, French breakfast included).

The room was very noisy.There was an used toilet paper on the floor next to my bed.Location is good close to Metro station.

Although I had ordered a single room, I had 3 single beds crammed in the room. The beds themselves were incredibly uncomfortable with soft mattresses and water proof mattress cover (why?). Pillows also were impractical, and as I was staying for business the next day.....was incredibly tired because of uncomfort through the night. Will not stay here again, also considering the cost of the room.

When we arrived at night, the employee told us the breakfast was included. The next morning, another employee said the opposite when we were checking out. We had to argue with him that we had been told the opposite the night before, but he became very arrogant and unpleasant. I asked him if he cared about his guests, he said "NO"! Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Great area/hotel, especially if you're staying more than a night or two (very civilised and fantastic local delis) and still easy to get to the main tourist places. Rooms not huge, but acceptable for Paris and excellent value for money at the Venere rate.

The hotel was clean friendly and comfortable, easy for getiing to the main tourist attractions from and generally a quiet peacful part of the city to stay in.

Great hotel for really good price, brilliant location (2 min walk from metro line M1; 20 min walk to the city centre). We stayed for 2 nights in a lovely room, couldn't get any better. you would have to pay extra for the breakfest (the guy in the reception told us that the breakfast is for free but and we were checking out they charged us for it---hallo!!!). Any way I was happy with the hotel and I would stay in it again.

It is a nice surrounding, easy to travel with the subway to the centre of Paris. Also around the hotel there are a couple of nice bars and restaurants.

The hotel and price were great! Couldn't have asked for anything better, however the service from one receptionist was not so great. He did not even want to answer questions about parking. Poor service.

We booked at the last minute and got an excellent price compared to other 3 star hotels in Paris. We were very pleased with the accomodations for the price. Very easy access to the metro, busses, and taxis. Good location, with many surrounding restaurants.

The hotle is located very close to the American Hospital . I strongly recommend for those people who have business with the hospital to stay in it.

Small, simple hotel. Accomodation adequate, bed clean but hard.

El hotel es muy bueno, limpio y espacioso. Las habitaciones son limpias, con un muy buen baño (dificil de encontrar en Francia). La ubicacion es un poco alejada, pero tiene el metro a 50 mts. definitivamente volveria a este hotel, nos han tratado de mil maravillas y por el precio mas no se puede pedir. Definitivamente recomendable

The only thing I missed was a power plug for my laptop!
