Nice clean hotel, not too spacious rooms, but for Paris Centre ok. Hotel staff looked a bit demotivated/unfriendly.

The price was high for the size of the room, but overall it was a good stay and somewhere I would consider staying again.

I have been to paris a few times. The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly and it was very noisy and hot. We didn't sleep. Most of the staff were evasive about the air conditioning. We gave notice and left after 2 nights. They refunded us 50 Euro per night because of the air conditioning. It is a nice location and the bed was comfortable. The room was small and the wallpaper was peeling. There was no minibar, wifi was extra and there was nothing in the hotel facilities to justify the price of Eu180 per night.

Rooms are nice and the bathroom is great. Size of the room however was too small, you could barely walk in ours. This is not shown on the pictures and certainly expected more space when we booked. We have been to Paris before and are aware of size limitation of the rooms, which usually goes accompanied by a lesser price! (not our case). We were on the 3rd floor and it was quiet even when our room faced the street. I liked the flat TV, the bathroom was beautifull and large, I must say. Receptionists are very nice and gentle, however they have no idea whatsoever when it comes to recommendations on places to eat, twice we tried to rely on their recommendations and the last time the suggested restaurant did not even exist! Anyway, it´s Paris and there are hundreds of places to go, we found a place of course, but would have appreciated not to wonder around searching after a long day walk.

Although at the very far end of rue des Archives, at the junction with rue de bretagne it's still very central. The decor and general feel of the hotel was pretty good for a Paris 3*

Merci!

This was the first hotel in its category I've ever stayed at in Paris that offered quality, nicely-designed interiors, immaculate surroundings and wonderful staff, without breaking the bank. It has a nice central location in the Marais, very neighborhoody, and I fully agree with previous reviewers that the staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming - despite speaking fluent French, my experience in many other Paris hotels has been indifference at best. I highly recommend this hotel.

A pleasant change from the bland internationals or shabby, poky independents that are standard fare in Paris. This place is quietly stylish and modern, blended sympathecally with the old - rustic beams and traditional shuttered windows. But don't expect huge rooms - this is Paris, after all. There is a wireless network, through SFR, which you have to pay for, but it is not expensive. It is definitely somewhere we'd stay again.

Hotel staff was above excellent! They all spoke English and even helped me with some French phrases. Also, they were most helpful in locating everything. Twice they pulled information off the internet (in English) to help me find what I was looking for. What a staff. They were excellent, excellent and more. This was the first time in Paris and the people were great! The staff made the stay wonderful. They were friendly and professional.
