We had a lovely stay although I think the price was too expensive for the room (although I am aware that accommodation in Paris as a whole is very expensive). The room was OK but very small but well positioned and on a quiet street. The area was excellent for places to eat and drink and, if you shopped around, very reasonably priced.

very good location for shorter stay however the rooms are really small. They look like a single bedroom instead of double room for the price they ask based on location. Very clean

The hotel was in an excellent location on the Left Bank. Notre Dame was an easy walk as was the RER and Metro. It was very quiet and we never heard any street noise. Room was VERY small which was fine for our purposes as we really only needed a place to sleep and shower since we were out most of the day sight seeing. Our room was not ready earlier than the 2pm check-in and we were very tired from an overnight flight. I felt they could have cleaned our room sooner since we had arrived around 11am and they knew we were waiting. We also left some things in an armadio and when we realized and tried to get them back, we were told they weren't in the lost and found and they would contact us, but never did. Overall, this is a nice neigborhood to be in and the hotel was adequate for our needs.

Nice clean room - friendly staff. Perfect situated close to cafes and restaurants - but in a peaceful distant to all the noise. Close to Metro and RER trains - makes it VERY easy from CDG. The only “but” is that the rooms are VERY small – but if you’re just there to get some sleep it’s acceptable. I couldn’t imagine staying there with small kids due to the lack of space. But for couples it’s absolutely okay, especially when you consider the price for the room.

PRO -receptionist is very good: speek english very well -suggested restaurant is ok -suggested information to visit paris is perfect -good quartier and position of the hotel (metro, bus, rer; restaurant) CON -hotel over the street, but quite room because no traffic (random behaviour?) -too small room -too small bed -breakfast NOT included for double room at 96euro: there are two type: 5euro for a coffee and a croissant; 9 euro for a continental breakfast. Near the hotel there are many brasserie (no Paul, is too expensive!) and a breakfast with 1coffe+1croissant+1cappuccino+1pau au chocolat+1muffin cost less then 10euro! Ridiculous to pay 5euro for a coffe and one croissant, and it isn't included in 96 euro for a smallest room! -paris is too expensive for water (3-5euro!), coffee (at least 1,60euro), cappuccino (2-3euro). Find a market and buy water there (60cent for 1L), eat at latin quarter (good value for money), and find a brasserie with max 1,10cent for a croissant and max 1,60 for coffe. Avoid bottle of water in the restaurant (4,20euro for small bottle in less expensive restaurant, thieves!)

We spent a week on our most recent visit here. The hotel is in the heart of the Left Bank, close to restaurants, Sorbonne, Luxembourg Gardens, nightlife and the RER station. Front desk staff is very friendly, competent and helpful. Hotel offers excellent value.

This functional hotel is in a great location, just off Bvd St-Michel with its many cafe's & quick breakfast eateries, and a 7 min walk from metro Cluny-La Sorbonne. I arrived in Paris at Gare Montparnasse & took 2 metro lines to get to metro stn Cluny La Sorbonne, not too daunting for a solo traveller, new to the Paris metro. This area is lovely for walks in every direction.

Very easy way to from CDG airport (by RER B - Luxemburg station). Direct bus or walking distance to all main attractions. A lot of cheap and good bistrot in the surroundings (Latin quarter). Room and bathroom spatious (for Paris standard). Elevator

Nice and convenient lovation. Nice view of the other buildings in the area. Shower was the size of a phonebooth, literally. I am a thin woman but kept bumping into the faucet and turning off the shower accidentally. Way too small. The room was clean. For Paris, the price was good, too.

Des Trois was a great choice for our anniversary weekend stay away from sunny Manchester. Room small but very clean, quiet and nice big comfortable bed . Location is brilliant , Notre Dame and the lively [ and reasonably priced for food] San Severin area a few mins walk one way and the beautiful Luxembourg gardens a few mins the other. On our final day it was about 30C , free seats in the gardens,a free Chopin performance by a pianist and what amounted to a free photography exhibition on the garden surround. I love M/C but ...... Staff in hotel were fine and very helpful with our luggage delay and directions to a supermarket open on Sunday when the Monoprix just down the road was shut! Oh, and its next to the Pantheon and Sorbonne. Its great for the price.
