It would be nice to know from the webpages if breakfast was included in the price. It was not, and it costs some 17 euros per person. However we walked 5-10 minutes from the hotel, across the nearest bridge across the Seine, and there we had a selection of really nice breakfast restaurants. Apart from this the hotel is super. We had to ring the doorbell a little time before anyone came to open, but after that we were well taken care of.

We had a wonderful stay every thing was perfect.....My one and only complaint is that when we checked in I was told that breakfast was included in the rate. I was surprised because I thought it wasn't....when we checked out we were told that it WASNT included and they charged us 18e perperson per meal and we're not talking eggs and bacon either just regular continental style...the girl at the front desk actually argued with me. Not good customer service....if booking via Venere the breakfast is NEVER included no matter what they say. But there is a charming boulangerie right next door where you can breakfast just as nicely and for a lot less money!

The welcoming and check-in/check-out service is poor. Also there is a bad smell in the public areas. The rooms are OK for the price.

The airconditioning didn't work; no glasses were provided in bathroom or with minibar. The room was very basic--definitely not 4 * quality.

Nice hotel, very close to the Eiffel Tower. Size of room really great especially in Paris. Surprisingly quiet. Competent, helpful staff.

We were told we had no room when we arrived even though they admitted that we had a confirmed reservation. Sent us to another hotel saying it was better and were giving a discount on the rate. When we got there, the substitute hotel was a dump and the rate was the rack rate. Went back to the hotel and amazingly they found a room, but we had to move the next day because the room they gave us was not the same category we reserved. A room in our category was available but not clean. However the maid refused to make up the room because it was time for her to go home and their management could not find anyone to clean the room. I feel they were dishonest in their original representation that no room was available which is proved, because they found one when I demanded to see the owner of the hotel. We lost an entire day of our vacation in Paris because of this treatment by this hotel. They offered no compensation for their (at best)mismanagement. This hotel had a beautiful room and lobby. The location was not as close to the Eiffel Tower as we expected, it was about a 25 minute walk... a bit further than we wanted. The only complaint we had is that the shower nozzle was broken and was not fixed while we were there, although we mentioned that it was broken immediately. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The Bed was not clean enough, far to small rooms! Really good location.

Excellent location for tourists, between the Eiffel Tower and Pont D'Alma RER station. By European standards there was plenty of room and my room, which was facing Rue Rapp, was quiet enough.

the staff was VERY friendly and helpful and all spoke English. accommodations were very nice (but 4 star is questionable). the suite had plenty of room (for Europe) and storage. it was 5 min. walking distance from Eifel tower but not much else was around. All in room was fine except shower which sprayed past the shower door and soaked everything in its path, including the hallway carpet. There was no hotel parking, but public parking was near.

This is hardly a 4 star hotel, more like 3 1/4. Breakfast should be included in the room rate so that it would be more consistent with the tourist character of the hotel, despite the fact that most clients seem to be business travelers.

The hotel is rather good. The walls in our room were dirty, one lampe was broken, after my request it was fixed. The choice of TV channels is very poor, and one of them didn't work. I informed the reception, but nothing has been done.

What a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Our room was very spacious, the well equipped bathroom being bigger than the average parisian hotel room! The staff were very friendly and always ready to help in any way possible. The hotel is in a lovely location, right by the Eiffel tower and within easy reach of the Champs Elysees, so whatever your interest is culture, sightseeing and shopping are on the doorstep. I would definately stay there again.

Absolutely excellent room, very spacious and fantastic location! Very friendly employees and since we were travelling with two sons, aged 8 and 11 we heartly want to thank for the warm welcome and the feeling of relaxation. Can only highly recommend this place!
